This is ...
If your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.

I am having irritating and stabbing pain in my chest and back almost for last 6 months. I consulted almost 4-5 doctors but reports came normal. I feel tired and having neck pain also. I have made up my mind that I have lung cancer because I can feel mass over my chest. What can I do ? I am tensed.

You maybe most probably suffering from gastritis or gastro esophageal reflux disease. You have to avoid spicy and fried foods. Also avoid junk food and fast food. If your problems are worse, you need to take an ecg and take medications.

-Do wall exercise lik pendullam exercise,finger ladder,shoulder wheel, shoulder flexion extension with minimal resistance. -apply ice pack to the area for 15 mins.

Backache may be due to many reasons so first do investigation s after consulting adoctor. Always drink lukewarm water boil it with few grains of ajwain. Make it a must habit if you want permanent cure to this problem. Eat light healthy n fresh food. Do some yoga n light exercise. Avoid long sitting or standing. Dasmool kwath (dabor )-20 ml +20 ml lukewarm water thrice a day after food for 1 yr.

Morning stiffness is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Stretch Calves Get a custom made insole. Hams Stretching. Sports Taping. Hot Fomentation. Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

I am 47 years old. I have a muscular pain just besides my ankles or say in the ligaments for the past 10 years. I can help you by telling you what investigations you need to do, then I can see and advise you here only. Since I practice in delhi, I am not aware of good doctors in orissa. But since your complaints are since 10 years, 1) x ray of affected ankle ( ap & lateral) views 2) one clinical picture of how swollen your ankle is and also pointing towards site of pain. 3) blood tests: esr, crp, serum uric acid levels, serum vitamin d levels do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
