I can understand that its tough to do your daily chores living with pain. Try changing your posture when sitting for long periods, take a break and do stretching exercises when sitting for long time. Also hot and cold fermentation can help. Back pain and leg pain can be due to many causes. Hope you feel better.

Avoid toward bending. Do physiotherapy treatment. Its sciatica pain. Stretching exercises after relief. Ultrasonic therapy and SWD for few days. Avoid long standing and sitting.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear, First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

According your age deficiency of vit d and calcium levels so do test that's are reason of joint pain. Back pain due to overstrain activity like toward bending, lifting heavyweight, long sitting, continuous work long standing bad posture, different reason possible so tk rest and do heat fermentation twice a day I avoid all strain full activity. Spine strength exercise must if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days.

Hi, Take homoeopathic medicine - Rhus Tox. 200/ twice a day. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

I am suffering from neck pain for last week. Its not too severe but constant. It starts beneath head and starts moving towards shoulders. And then to hands. More towards right shoulder. Also my knees make a cracking sound often while getting up.

Hii. Home remedies for pain relief is hot n cold therapy. Take hot water.Dip towel in it n place over her knees.Keep it for 10-15 mins then put ice spell for 10-15 mins.Thrice in a day.With this she needs to do strengthening exercises for leg muscles. Some precautions as well like No folding legs.Use of western toilet.Placing foot one by one while climbing up.Wearing proper shoe.No standing /sitting for long periods.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will.

I have high grade partial tear of acl, more than 50% fascicles of acl disrupted. Grade 1 sprain at femoral attachment of acl. Grade 2 sprain of lateral patellar retinaculum near femoral attachment. Grade 1 injury injury within distal bicep femoris tendon. Hoe much time it will take me to recover? Is surgery needed for acl.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Take proper rest. Avoid forward bending and heavy lifting avoid prolonged sitting and standing. Take hot fermentation. Be careful about your posture.

Your grand mother is most probably suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x rays before a final decision can be taken. You will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken. Risk in surgery is less than the risk in crossing road.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
