How to decrease weight in gym or a healthy diet after and before gym.Please tell.
The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency As for your training, you need to follow this routine. Your training session is divided into morning and evening workouts: MORNING: 1. Light jog for 15 minutes. 2.200 jumping jacks. 3.100 meter sprints x 10 4. Medium pace running for 30 minutes. 5. Stretching. EVENING: 1. Jumping or skipping for 20 minutes. 2. High knee drill for 10 minutes. 3.150 squats. (15 reps x 10 sets) 4.200 mountain climbers. 5.50 push ups (10 reps x 5 sets) 6.200 mountain jumpers. 7.100 burpees. 8. Stretching. You're going to face a lot of difficulties to complete these sessions during your 1 - 3 weeks. But stay consistent and try to finish each workout as given to you. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hi lybrate-user There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5 kg in just 15 days. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g, cooked vegetables, 150 gm green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner - 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Hi sir, Any body can suffer from Diaetes. To make a good control over it, you have to walk at least 40 minutes every day. Take a balance d diet.

I am very emaciated boy and I wants to get the fit health so how can I get my fit body only by my daily diets. Should I have to take supplements or medicines or can get it only by proper regular diet.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment.

Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy. But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting. Dear its not about diet plans its about following gud dietary habit and making sensible choices of food which keep you full for long time and at the same time give you good nutrition. First try to avoid long sitting it creats insulin resistence which is the key to all modern life style diseases like obesity diabetes and many more. At every hour or two as possible stand for three minutes at least. Make healthier choices of food try to carry home made food and snacks besides junk food. Stay hydrated drink plenty of water you can drink coconut water chhach lemon water which are healthier to tea coffee. Spare time for exercise yoga and walk. Choose wholegrains over refined flour. Use filtered oil as cookinf medium over refined ones. Have protein rich diet. These changes will help you.

Hi lipika If you dont have much weight all over your body but only face then it might be hereditary. You can do some exercises of your face for souble chin whin help in toning those muscles. Try touching your lower lip to your nose, tilt your face upwards and kiss in air, tilt your face to the right and do the same and same for the left side.These are a few facial muscle exercises for double chin. I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Taking medicines is not enough. Is your diabetes (blood sugar) in control? what is your hba1c level? localized itching is often caused by uncontrolled diabetes. It can be caused by a yeast (fungal) infection, dry skin, or poor circulation. When poor circulation is the cause of itching, the itchiest areas may be the lower parts of the legs. You may be able to treat itching yourself. First, control your blood sugar levels. Second, limit your showers or baths to no more than 10 minutes, pat dry, and moisturize while your skin is still damp.
