Migraine headache is difficult to treat without medicines. You may try the following tips , they will definitely decrease the frequency of migraine attacks. 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily ( aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it. 6. Do meditation and pranayam in morning. 7. Acupuncture treatment has shown some benefits in migraine. You can consult with a proficient acupuncturist.

My father is 55 years old and has recently undergone a surgery to remove tumour in the testicular area along with left testicle and lymph nodes. Post biopsy results in the tumour and lymph nodes have detected cancer. All tumour marker tests i.e. LDH, AFP and HCG have shown normal values. Also FNAC test showed normal value prior to the surgery. What should be our next steps in this case? What are the implications and what is the cure/survival rate for testicular cancer?

Hi there. Testicular tumor is a slow growing tumor. Since all markers are negative than its most likely a seminoma. I think you should consult a oncologist for the requirement of chemotherapy. Since lymph nodes were involved than chances of recurrence and prognosis is not that good.
