Enjoy Healthy Nutrient-Rich Foods When your appetite is small, it's important to eat foods you enjoy that pack in as many calories as possible. Though fast food and sweet treats may sound like the way to go, it's smarter to eat healthy, high-calorie foods. That way, you can prevent weight loss while getting all the nutrients your body needs. There are a number of nutrient- and calorie-dense options from all the food groups. Avocados, bananas, dried fruit, sweet potatoes, white potatoes, peas and corn make good high-calorie fruit and veggie choices. For calories and extra protein, enjoy eggs, hummus, cheese, pudding, nuts and nut butters. From the grain group, try dense whole-grain breads and bagels, grape nuts, quinoa and raisin bran Eat Breakfast and Eat Often Even if you're usually a breakfast skipper, grab something for your morning meal. Eating breakfast may increase your desire to eat, according to the University of Texas. You may also feel hungriest at breakfast, making it a good meal to pack in calories from eggs and whole-wheat toast, a bagel with sliced cheese or a bowl of raisin bran with whole milk. Keeping meals small and eating more often may also improve your intake when your appetite wanes. Plan to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with two to three snacks in between each meal. When Appetite Is Small, Drink Your Calories Sometimes the calories go down more easily as beverages. One-hundred percent fruit juice and whole milk are good choices. You can also make a healthy, high-calorie fruit smoothie. Try blending a small banana with a tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 cup of whole milk to create a 310-calorie smoothie. Or, blend 8 ounces of orange juice with a cup of halved strawberries and 18 cashews for 320 calories. Nutrition supplement drinks may also work for you. In ready-to-go bottles, they're convenient and have as many as 360 calories in an 8-ounce serving. They're also a good source of protein, are fortified with vitamins and minerals and make a good fill-in on those days you just don't feel like eating.

I masturbate 4-5 times a week. Is it normal? Can it cause any harm in future after marriage?

BHMS

I masturbate 4-5 times a week. Is it normal? Can it cause any harm in future after marriage?
Masturbation twice per week is healthy excess leads to side effects. Some of the after- effects of masturbation are: a. The nervous system is affected the most. B. Besides the heart, the digestive system, the urinary system as well as the other systems are adversely affected and consequently the whole body becomes the museum of diseases with profound weakness. C. The eyes become sunken, the cheek bones protrude and there is a black rim round the eyes. D. Continuous headache and backache. E. Dizziness and loss of memory. F. Palpitation of heart on lightest exertion. G. Nervousness. H. Unable to perform any heavy physical or mental work. I. The person dislikes any company and activities and rather likes to sit in seclusion and suffers from weakness. J. All the senses are impaired. K. Vision becomes dim, the tongue begins to stammer and ears tend to become deaf etc. L. Lastly t. B. Or insanity or some other serious disease catch hold of the victim to lead his life to a close. M. Impotency/ erectile dysfunction / premature ejaculation, reduced penis size, hardness etc therefore, young men are advised to consult a qualified and honest homoeopathic practitioner for his expert advice and effective treatment instead of wasting his money with quacks. Further, those young men who are or have been engaged in the regular habits of masturbation should not ignore the necessity to consult the qualified homoeopaths to avoid sexual embarrassment at the time of marriage. Homoeopathic treatment for taking away the habit of masturbation and removing its bad effects. Consult for homoepathic treatment without side effects recommend me by clicking on recommend option and leave feedback.

How can I reduce my overstress? Suddenly I am getting severe headache! Please give some tips to me.

How can I reduce my overstress?
Suddenly I am getting severe headache!
Please give some tips to me.
Hello, There are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! Exercises: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. There are many other poses of yoga like Balasan, Setu Bandha Sarvangasan, Uttanasan, Garudasan, Savasana, Triconasana, Viprita Karani, Marjaryasana, Dhyana, Bhujangasana, Anulom-Vilum, Pranayam, etc. Another stress-buster can be getting involved in any of your hobbies (may be a childhood hobby which you used to enjoy a lot!) - dancing, singing, painting, listening to soothing music, playing musical instruments, etc. (Believe me, you would really enjoy doing this alone as well or may be with your friends, kids). Medication: Take homoeopathic medication - Schwabe's Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night - take them for 4 weeks.

Without sleeping pil although the night I spent sleepless, pl. Advice me how to recover these disease?

Without sleeping pil although the night I spent sleepless, pl. Advice me how to recover these disease?
Hi one of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. Put 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep.
