I am a girl of 21 years I have problem related to my hair. I have less hair on my scalp. Can you suggest me what to do?

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Hello, there are few tips or home remedies which will help to get rid of your unwanted facial hair: - take safflower oil (kusuma oil) and thanaka (yellowish-white cosmetic paste, available in ayurvedic stores). Remove unwanted hair either by using hair removal cream or by shaving. Take some kusuma oil and grind thanaka in it. Prepare a paste. The thickness of the paste should be similar to hair removal cream. Apply it on hair removed areas. Massage until the skin pores absorb it. Leave it for 3-4 hours. (you can also apply it at night, before sleeping). Wash with water. Use this method continuously for 100 days. You will get rid of unwanted hair, permanently. -one of the reasons for unwanted hair growth in women is the excess levels of testosterone (a hormone). Spearmint tea helps in reducing the level of this hormone, thereby decreases the growth of unwanted hair. -take dry turmeric, leaves of acalphya indica (khokli or kuppi) and neem leaves. Grind all the ingredients. Prepare a paste. Rub it on the face, before sleeping at night. At morning, peel off the dried mixture from your skin. Use it regularly. Eventually, it will remove undesired hair.

Hi self-management may include using ice, stretching, wearing proper footwear and altering training (exercise) methods. Ice should be applied prior to and following activity for approximately 20 minutes. Try using a frozen bottle of water and gently rolling it under the arch and heel.

Hiii actually taking medicine for pain its not a solution. Firstly we have to know the causes of pain. So better you have to take a proper consultation. Now I advice only you have to apply icepack (crayotherapy) for 15 min on tender point.

Greying of hair increases with nutritional deficiencies. So, make sure to have plenty of milk, milk products, fish, jaggery, spinach, lettuce, wheat, meat. Have calcium and iron supplements. You need to get evaluation for autoimmune diseases. Don't use dyes, bleaches, steam or blowdryers. Avoid spa. You can to start with use brown henna. Avoid swimming in pools. Drink milk and plenty of dairy products to replenish calcium needed for tyrosinase. Include cabbage, broccoli, brussels, kale in daily diet. Have vitamin and mineral supplements.
