You can do laser hair reduction for that area. It is generally called as Beard shaping. You need around 8-10 sittings. No harm in it. Go ahead.

Hello, being diabetic (even with normal sugar values) predisposes you to multiple conditions like shoulder degenerative tendinopathy, frozen shoulder which causes arm and shoulder pain. It would be better if it is evaluated furthur by proper examination and any investigation if required. Generalized body pain can be due to multiple causes most common being decreased bone strength (osteoporosis). It also requires furthur evaluation.

Pain in the heel not only restricts movement, but the general discomfort on walking or standing also disturbs the whole persona of a person. The pain can be attributed to a medical condition known as Calcaneal Spur. It refers to a sharp, pointed, horny outgrowth on the calcaneal bone present in the heel. The outgrowth is the build-up of calcium deposit on the heel bone. The reason behind Calcaneal Spur formation is repeated stress on the heels. When the heels are exposed to repeated stress, it leads to damage of muscle, ligaments and fascia that cover the heel bone. As a result, the heels are exposed and become prone to trauma and formation of Calcaneal Spur. People who are obese and athletes are prone to develop Calcaneal Spurs. Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

If there is a deficiency that is restricting your growth, go for regular checkup for b12, iron, iodine copper. Apply cow's fresh butter on the areas. If nothing works, it might be hereditary. Later you can go for hair transplant.

Take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Hi lybrate-user Eat with your eyes and your mind Make sure your dinner table has a spread of colours like yellow, green, red, orange, white. Add a lot of different fresh seasonal vegetables, raw salads and herbs. This will not only be pleasing to your palate by providing a burst of flavour but will also give it an aesthetic appeal, so the meal doesn’t look boring and monotonous. While you sit to eat, do not just shove the food in your mouth and gulp it down. The idea is to go slow, and enjoy the entire experience, relish your food as you chew it properly to enjoy every flavour in every bite. Focus on what you are eating the texture, the visual appeal, the aroma of the dish. Eating mindfully will make it an enjoyable experience while assisting in better digestion, make you feel more fuller by avoiding overeating and prevent a lot of stomach distress like gas, bloating or acidity Take small portion Eating a smaller portion of food at a time helps in the breakdown of the food in an effective way so that the entire calories obtained from the food are used up by the body for all the bodily functions. When you eat a large meal, the excess energy which goes unused by the system gets stored as fat and causes weight gain. A good idea would be to use smaller plates so the plate looks fuller and psychologically makes you feel that you have eaten enough while eating from a larger plate makes you pile up your plate with more food which in turn makes you eat more calories. Fill up your stomach only up to 80% We have been raised to eat until we are absolutely full so we don’t feel hungry later. Either that or because traditionally Indian consider it a taboo to leave any food on the plates so we eat off the kids plates because he/she won’t eat anymore, also we have seen our moms finish the leftover paratha or grab an extra spoon rice even if they are not too hungry, just so that they don’t have to throw it away as they are usually the last ones to eat. Not realising how much damage we are doing to our bodies by eating more than what our body needs. However, it is better to stuff ourselves and only eat until we feel adequately full. Yes, you will feel hungry after few hours and that ok. It only means less pressure on your intestines and delaying the ageing process of the cells which can prevent heart attacks, diabetes and cancer. Eat small snacks every few hours. Having said that eating till you are 80% full will make you hungry for more, it is a good practice to eat 5-6 meals a day instead of the traditional 3 meal pattern of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat a healthy snack like a fresh whole fruit or nuts like almonds, walnuts, unsalted peanuts, pumpkin seeds, low fat curd or unsalted chaas, hard boiled eggs between main meals every 2-3 hours. This will help to keep you burning more calories throughout the day as the digestion process continuous to keep your metabolism up and running. Also, your body will thank you for feeling light and energetic throughout the day because of the regular supply of an array of nutrients and maintaining your blood sugar levels Have a light supper or dinner As they say, Eat breakfast like a King, Lunch like a commoner and dinner like a popper it is important to start the day with a filling wholesome breakfast to kick start your metabolism and taper down your meals as the sun goes down. Your last meal should happen atleast 3 hours before your bedtime so the body has enough time to digest the meal properly before you go to bed. If you eat a heavy meal too close to bedtime, the body cannot digest it properly leading to indigestion, acid reflux, disturbed sleep making you wake up next morning feeling sluggish and tired. As the day goes the body tends to slow down and to go into a repair and recovery mode to heal the body from the days stress and wear and tear. Also, since we are not physically active in the night time all the excess calories get stored as fat in the body Eat vegetables first Vegetables are full of fibre and when you consume them first, this fibre helps to cover whatever is eaten after and inhibits insulin spikes and the speed at which sugar is transported into the blood. Proteins such as fish, chicken, paneer or sprouts are harder to digest when they are eaten first and everything else eaten after would take time making you feel bloated. Raw vegetables contain a digestive enzyme that helps break down proteins. Eat more fiber Eating more fiber, makes feel fuller, can increase satiety and makes you lose weight. I did a little workout and squats. My thighs are paining badly and I am unable to walk and use stairs. The pain is getting worse. I also have vitamin d and calcium deficiency. Is this pain normal or there is some injury?

Hii Looks like it is muscle soreness which is quite common after strenous exercises. It takes 24-72 hrs to resolve. You can apply ice or warm water for pain relief. Tender coconut water will help. Never increase your workout all of a sudden. Progress slowly over weeks. Do proper warm up and stretches before exercise and cool down after exercise to prevent developing soreness. Have sufficient fluids.

Hi, There are few different methods for genital hair removal, opt as per your choice: 1.Shaving is probably the most common option when it comes to pubic hair removal, as it is cheap, easy, relatively painless, and embarrassment free. You will need some gentle, unfragranced shaving cream or gel (both men and women should use a women's shaving cream, as it is the gentlest), preferably one designed specifically for removing pubic hair, and a new razor (dull blades will be less effective and can cause irritation). First, trim the hair from the areas you intend to shave. 2.Depilatory creams are a good option for people who just want to tidy up their bikini or brief line, with as little pain as possible. These hair removal creams work by using strong chemicals which actually dissolve the hair so it can easily be wiped away. As these chemicals are very harsh (as evidenced by their strong smell) it is not recommended that you use depilatory creams to remove all of your pubic hair, as they can be very irritating on the skin and have even been reported to cause chemical burns. They should only be used to remove excess hair outside the bikini or brief line. Before using a depilatory cream, you should trim the hair you wish to remove. 3.Waxing is a very effective form of hair removal, with results lasting between 2 to 4 weeks. There are many styles of waxing available: you can just have unwanted hair around the bikini line removed, go for an extended bikini wax or landing strip, or get everything removed with a Brazilian wax. (you go to a professional salon to have pubic hair removed) 4.Electrolysis and laser hair removal are two treatments available which can permanently remove or reduce pubic hair. Electrolysis is the only method which will completely remove pubic hair for good.
