One of the main reasons for not getting proper sleep is that plans made during the day time or earlier, do not succeed and mind finds ways or speculates or wanders to find ways to make the the plans work. These mental speculations repeat in mind at time of sleeping. So, due to plans not working as the mind likes to, the mind remains in agitated state due to finding no way to solve mundane plans and thus leads to frustration which avoids mind to go into sleep mode. This leads to not getting proper sleep. One has to break one's self-centeredness to avoid the thoughts and frustrations entering into mind at time of sleep leading to improper sleep. The solution is to not intentionally think further about plans, but with faith surrender to the supreme and instead of thinking about the plans it is better to read a nice book, listen to nice music or talks which do not allow mind to get frustrated with mental speculations. Drinking cow's milk in night before sleep also should help. Hope this helps,

No effect except mental conditioning or guilt feeling which may take away performance later. Men are forced because of urge to release pent up feeling. Avoid to extent possible so that you become obsessed. No meter reading for frequency please.

Maintenance seems good don't worry, plaque formation on teeth is daily natural process after you consume food, I would recommend you to add dietary fibre foods like cabbage etc. And fruits to keep natural cleaning, besides every 6 month professional scaling.

Hello, I am kiran 33 yrs old guy from belgaum, karnataka. From the past 5- 6 years i am suffering from low energy levels i mean not active, confused state of mind,difficult in making decisions,difficulty in concentration, poor memory that is to recall things. I also suffer digestion issues such as semi solid stools loose stools, sometime constipation. I had consulted a gastroentrologist and undergone tests such as endoscopy, colonoscopy,sonography but all tests came normal. I was given tablets for IBS but the problems continued even after follow up. On follow ups only the prescription changed and nothing else changed. Physically too i am lean and weigh 55 kgs for my height which is 5feet 7 inches.Presently i am not on medication but i did a preventive blood health checkup from srl diagnostics.The results for vitamin b12 levels were 158 pg/ml and results for 25 hydroxyvitamin d serum is 21.40 ng/ml mentioned as low. Does that mean i am not able to absorb vitamins or am i suffering from depression bcoz i feel low not proactive. I need help and get it treated at the earliest and don't want to drag it further.Any suggestions on this matter will be helpful.

Thats d life. & that person would have never like that you live in depression my advises to you are * take life lightly * main problem is how you are reacting matters & incidence of your life & day to day * you can see half filled glass of water by two way: half is still empty (nagative attitude) or half full (positive) * take balance diet * give time for yoga * constipation should removed * you can take brahmi sankhpuspi etc ayurveda medicine * I recommended strongly, go near by ayurveda centre & take shirodhara & nashya treatment

Dear lybrateuser, - Avoid movement of the thumb till pain subsides - do warm water fomentation twice a day - apply pain relief gel three times a day - take a pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more - do an x-ray of the area to rule out any other problem.

Follow these tips to lightens and remove the dark marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark marks 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? if you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you won't grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.

This is a natural process. Our sperm bag has limited capacity, once it is filled, sperms get discharged through penis. It will stop once you get married. Don't worry at all.

Hi I think you are not getting proper diet and exercise. Please visit a doctor and do some basic tests etc. Take proper diet and do daily exercise/ yoga. Drink a cup of coffee to get active. Eat more fruits. This may help.

White Hair or greying hair mainly occurs when your hair follicles stop producing melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. Though, ageing is the primary reason of grey hair  but premature greying of hair in early 20’s or 30’s is now common. Genetic factors, stress, lack of nutrition, chemicals, smoking or any underlying disease like anemia can also lead to premature greying of hair. All these factors lead to underproduction melanin that leads to grey or white hair. Dear user, you have postural back pain. Correct your posture first. Sit/stand straight. When you sit on chair, place pillow on back. If your bed mattress is soft, change it. It should be hard. Do spinal extensors strengthening exercises. Never get up straight. Always get up with side lying position. You can also take heat therapy and pain relieving gel. Do it for 5 days and revert me.
