How can we increase sperm content?
Is there any tips to increase sperms & temptation?
In general, one should avoid alcohol, smoking and tobacco. Sperm count can be increased by including protein rich food, fruits and vegetables in your regular diet. Do regular exercise and keep your self fit. If these doesn't work out and still sperm count or motility of the sperms remain low, please contact privately for further investigation and treatment.

I have desk job. I am suffering from hypothyroidism, htn and coccydynia. Kindly advise me.
Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For hypothyroidism only treatment is to take adequate dose of Levothyroxine, daily on empty stomach early in the morning and nothing should be taken after that for a period of 1 to 1 and half hour. Plus you have to avoid soy beans, soy containing food products, consume a good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Always use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. Exercise regularly for over 1 hour, to maintain near normal weight. TSH should be ideally maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L to be free from all the symptoms of that condition. As regards hypertension, it is necessary to maintain BP around 130/ 70 to 80 mm Hg. Should take less salt. Exercise is also equally important. For coccydynia using pain killers, cushions while sitting and if pain still does not resolve then local corticosteroid injection is a good remedy. Thanks.

If you want to lighten your complexion, there are natural remedies that you can try to brighten your skin a few shades. Since many commercial creams are ineffective or unhealthy to use, turning to natural methods to get fairer skin is a smart choice. A common household ingredient — lemon juice — works especially well to lighten skin tone. Staying out of the sun and using natural facial masks will also keep your skin from getting darker. Protect yourself from the sun. Most of the normal darkening and discoloration of your skin is caused by exposure to the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays. If you're extremely concerned about having fairer skin, staying indoors will keep your skin as light as possible. When that's not possible, protect your skin use SPF sunblock with a minimum SPF of 30. Most dermatologists agree an SPF 15 is not sufficient anymore. Dangerous UVA and UVB rays are still reaching your skin. You want 98% or more of the sun's rays to be blocked. Wear a hat to protect your face when you're outside. Especially in the summer. There are so many fashionable hats these days, you can also be a trend-setter while you are protecting your skin. Exfoliate your skin a few times a week. Doing manual exfoliation can really help to lighten the skin, since the process takes off dead skin cells. Keep in mind that exfoliation only helps if your current skin is darker than your normal skin tone, because it reveals fresh skin that is untouched by the sun. You can exfoliate your skin manually by using a body scrub or face wash with exfoliating particles. To make your own, just add a teaspoon of ground almonds or oatmeal to your regular cleanser. Using a scrub brush or a dry brush is a great way to exfoliate your entire body. For your face, use a special brush with softer bristles so you don't damage the fragile skin there. Be realistic with your expectations. Skin that is already naturally dark is very hard to lighten more than a shade or two, especially using natural methods. Keeping your skin healthy by protecting it from the sun, exfoliating and using natural lightening methods is your best bet for keeping it on the lighter side in tone. Remember that consistency is the key, and do your facial treatments several times a week. For medication consult online in private.

Dear lybrate-user, I would like you to read about fetishism, in psychology, a form of sexual deviance involving erotic attachment to an inanimate object or an ordinarily asexual part of the human body. Fetishism as a mental condition may be defined as the necessity to use a non-genital object in order to achieve sexual gratification. The affected person has created a strong association between an object and sexual pleasure or gratification. The object may be some other body part, an article of clothing, or, less frequently, some more impersonal object. A person with a fetish often spends significant amounts of time thinking about the object of the fetish. Further, the object is intimately related to sexual pleasure or gratification. In the extreme, the presence of the fetish object is required for sexual release and gratification. The person with fetishism frequently masturbates while holding, rubbing, or smelling the fetish object or may ask the sexual partner to wear the object during their sexual encounters. Usually the fetish is required or strongly preferred for sexual excitement, and in its absence there may be erectile dysfunction in males. The condition occurs almost exclusively among men, and most of the objects used relate to the female body or female clothing. The articles of clothing most commonly used are shoes and items of female underclothes. Olfactory sensations are also frequently important. For some people with a paraphilia such as fetishism, paraphilic fantasies or stimuli may be necessary for erotic arousal and are always included in sexual activity, or the presence of the fetish object may occur only episodically. For example, the fetish object may only be necessary for arousal during periods of stress, and at other times, the person is able to function sexually without the fetish or stimuli related to the fetish. If you have any further query, feel free to contact.
