First of all try to loose you weight upto 75 kg and after that we will start muscle tone diet and exercises. Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. If you have any anxiety or tension or stress or depression due to some loss or failures in life or maladjustment at your work place or have low income or very high unfulfilled ambitions or are worried about future, you may have anxiety neurosis or neurotic depression and may seek advice of some psychologist or psychiatrist. If you have these problems you may also do self analysis and may do self-psychotherapy. You may also attend stress management seminars and workshops. You may also take medication Flouxetine (Fludac 10 mg) once daily along with alprazolam (Alprax 0.25 mg) at bed time for 1 month and after that only Flouxetine for 2-3 months under strict medical supervision. If you don't have above problems, then the treatment is different. It is as follows: Make your routines regular and disciplined. Take breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed times. Take dinner between 8-9 am. Do not delay it. Better take a bath before dinner. (Use hot water in winters) Take plenty of water whole day. Take milk at bed time. Take til (lentil) in the form of tilkut ot til ke laddu two times daily to boost your serotonin as it contains precursor tryptophan. Play badminton or do dance before sleeping either before dinner or 1 hour after dinner. Take plenty of green vegetables, salad and green tea to boost vitamins and anti-oxidants. Increase daily exercises. Keep faith in God and do regular worships and help others. It causes release of pleasure causing and pain relieving endorphins and enkephalins and socializing hormone oxytocin in your brain and relieve tension and anxiety and would boost up sleep. Make your sleep-cycle regular. Go to bed early around 10-11 pm. Take melatonin 3 mg (marketed as Meloset) after dinner for 15 days-1 month to make your sleep cycles normal. It is a natural sleeping hormone which starts being synthesized in pineal body (3rd eye) of our brains in darkness in night after 7 pm and enough melatonin is formed till 10 pm and the persons goes to sleep. Til would also increase its synthesis along with serotonin as serotonin is precursor of melatonin. You may also take L-arginine 1gm sachets at bed time as it causes mental relaxation and boosts sexual energy. Do yoga, shavasan and meditation. Do self relaxation exercises. Listen to melodious old songs in low volume and not rocking songs of these days while retiring to bed. If you are married do sexual intercourse with your wife. It would also induce sleep.

Hi One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Tea.coffee. Do pranayama early in the morning.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis Consult physician for further management

There is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. The discomfort you are feeling inside is very good because it can trouble you enough to help quitting. Congratulations that you want to quit smoking. Tobacco consumption, either through smoke or other edible forms, is always harmful. The desire to quit is a good starting point. The best way to quit is to know more about the ill-effects of tobacco. The knowledge is astounding and scary. That information itself should help you to want to quit. Smoking uses the respiratory system and gives you a faster kick. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lungs with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. There are more than 7000 harmful chemicals in cigarette smoke! You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. Then you need to identify why you smoke and chew tobacco: there is an oral need, the nicotine effect, the psychological effect of covering up some other issue, for style, to impress, etc. You may discover that the reasons may be unimportant at this stage because you have become too addicted and the habit has become compulsive. You should start exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga) or chewing, and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need, for a little while. You may take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces substantially. You may join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i. E. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking tobacco. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. Don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. As Mark Twain once jocularly said, “giving up smoking is easy; I have done it many times”. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

Hello I think you have allergic eye disease prevention a. Avoid dust exposure b. Avoid rubbing eyes c. Cold compresses treatment a. Use antiallergic eyedrop like olopat twice daily b. Use lubricating eyedrop like flogel thrice daily c. Use mild steroid in pulse dose if allergy is severe.

Kindly avoid standing for long hrs, lifting heavy weight, and give rest to your back. Take adree shacharadi kwatham, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, 2 times a day. Take panchamruta loha guggal, 2 tabs with dashamoolajeerakarishtam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, twice a day, after meals. Take ashwagandha powder, 1 tsf in half a glass of warm milk, twice a day, 1 hr after meals. Do massage with mahanarayana oil over back upto your ankles daily once a day. Warm the oil for best results. Contact some ayurveda panchakarma specialist for basti and kati basti. Continue the regime for 45 days. Avoid cold eatables and cold water in your diet. Stay in touch, good luck.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Your child is grossely malnourished so prone to recurrent infections. Anyway sponge wholebody with tap water for 30 minutes & give him liquid paracetamol for immediate relief. Later on improve diet,add butter,egg & feed him more frequently.
