Hi, it must be the stress getting to you. Check your iron level. And definitely check for pregnancy once again. Sometimes a test may be falsely negative.

11 things your body does during missionary sex

A man and woman volunteered themselves to have their sexual parts taped so viewers can get an up close look at what happens during sex

A couple recently participate in an educational video where they had cameras attached to the woman’s vagina, nipples and the man’s penis.

They then had sex in the missionary position as narrators explained the effect of intercourse on their bodies and how it reacts to stimulation of erogenous zone.

Here are 11 things the video taught us.

1. In the missionary position, the vulva lips open slightly, allowing the penis to penetrate right up to the hilt.

2. Right off the bat, the woman gets direct stimulation of the clitoris from the pubic bone of the man.

3. The glands at the head of the penis are highly sensitive and rub along the vaginal canal so the position is highly stimulating for the man.

4. The woman’s nipple stay erect throughout intercourse

5. Penetration in this position is likely to lead to orgasm for the woman as it stimulates the G-spot.

6. The G-spot is an area of very sensitive tissue which is on the front wall of the vagina, about 2 or 3 inches in. During the missionary position, the penis will stimulate this.

7. As the woman approached orgasm, she may feel the beating of her vagina and a throbbing in her pelvis.

8. At climax, she experiences involuntary muscle spasms in the outer part of her vagina and anus.

9. The male orgasm causes semen to be ejaculated deep inside the vagina so sex in this position is much more likely to lead to pregnancy.

10. This position allows semen to collect at the cervix, on the neck of the womb, and this makes things easier for women trying to conceive.

11. After orgasm, the erection subsides rapidly, the major and minor vagina lips shrink back and both organs return to pre-arousal state.

Taking a ipill has such consequences where menses get disturbed. But sometimes age related menstrual irregularity is known to occur too after 35, so what ever be the cause. Visit a gynecologist to assess your status. After 35 due to changing hormonal balance, menses can be irregular and heavy or scanty. They may occur every 15 days or every 2-3 months. Both of these are ok. If you want regularise the cycle and contraception, then taking oral contraceptive pills are the best way to achieve both. Meet a gynecologist and get the evaluation done.

The second trimester of pregnancy, the 4th to 7th month is comparatively safer for having sex during pregnancy. It has got no effect on the brain, only risk is premature pains or risk of infection to the mother. So use a condom and be slow and gentle

Menopause - Can Hormone Replacement Therapy Help?

Menopause - Can Hormone Replacement Therapy Help?

In the course of their life, women have to go through a lot of changes and challenges that make them wiser and better at handling the circumstances that they faced. Women go through physical as well as emotional changes when they reach puberty. Also, after the menstrual cycle begins the lady has to struggle through different pre-menstrual symptoms each month. It is because of the menstrual cycle that women are able to conceive and give birth to life, which means that it can be safely said that the source of all human life is owed to the menstrual cycle of women.

It is however, seen that when the menstrual cycle comes to an end in the form of menopause and the uterus takes a retirement, the women going through menopause end up experiencing difficult times and health issues. A lot of women complain of severe mood swings, depression, increased fatigue, hot flashes, dryness in the vaginal region and even problems like osteoporosis in a lot of cases. While these may sound like deadly challenges and a lot of women may lead unhealthy lives by accepting the changes, it should be realized that the problem is treatable.

Hormone replacement therapy:
When the menstrual cycle works regularly, it ensures that the level of hormones in the body are regularised and the body does not face discomfort, but when menopause strikes the body stops making the important hormones and throws the system out of order. In order to make sure that the body remains healthy and the problems related to menopause are kept at bay, it may be important to replenish the body with the hormones and this is how the hormone replacement therapy works.

HRT or hormone replacement therapy is found to be a common medication and type of treatment in the modern times, but this does not mean that the patients may be safe by getting their treatment from just any doctor. It is particularly essential to make sure that the best gynaecologist in the field is chosen and the therapy is started only with the right expertise. The administering of the hormones may be a tricky treatment and if the patient is not in the right hands, they may fall prey to problems such as inadequate or excessive hormones, which may in turn be a source of more health issues.

Choosing your expert:
Running a simple search on the internet about how the treatment for hormone replacement should be taken and the doctors who specialize in the course of treatment may lead you to a number of reliable names. With the help of the search and a thorough study about the background and experience of the specialists so that you are able to put yourself in safe and able hands only. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Gynaecologist.

I want to vagina colour brighter I have black vagina pls help me suggest me what to do.

MBBS, MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Delhi
I think it is not the vagina but vulva, the outer portion of your genital organ. There is no such medication or bleatching cream which can make it brighter. As such also you should not use any cream in that area. In case you get allergic reaction, that will invite more problem.

THERE IS NO ROLE OF TREATMENT FOR PCOD AT 19 YRS. FIRST OF ALL PCOD IS NOT A DISEASE WHICH CAN BE TREATED.SECONDLY TRETEMENT IF ATALL INDICATED WOULD BE AFTER SHE GETS MARRIED. THE MOMENT SHE STOPS THE MEDICINES HER PERIODS ARE GOOING TO FOLLOW THE ROUTINE IT USED TO BE BEFORE TAKING THE TABLETS. AS HER TO KEEP A WATCH ON THE WEIGHT AS SHE WOULD HAVE TENDENCY TO GAIN WEIGHT

The pregnancy tests done nowadays are very sensitive. However I suggest just to re confirm that she is not pregnant you could do a blood test for serum b-hcg. If that's also negative then you should seek a gynaecologists advice to see if she has any other reason for not having periods.

No, you are not pregnant. That is the straight. Simple and clean answer :) There is a very important point to be considered here that you are popping pills like they are toffees. To be eaten whichever way you fancy. It is a high hormonal content pill which can affect your system adversely. First, you should know the timing of the menstrual cycle and Also it's dose. Do not play with your health. Contact me if you are interested.
