I am 35 years old I have stiff neck problem. I am suffering from past 8 months. I have pain in neck, shoulder & headache. How to release this problem. I check doctor. Doctor told exercise must. But not release this problem. What to do.?

I get shoulder pain alot even if I do not do much physical activity. What should I do?
A number of factors and conditions can contribute to shoulder pain. Some minor shoulder pain can be treated at home. Icing the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes, three or four times a day for two to three days can help reduce pain. Use an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel (putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite). Simple shoulder exercises can help to stretch and strengthen muscles.

Cold is due to allergic response to cold virus. Avoid cold exposure. Apply volini gel on back. Maintain correct posture.

may be due to obiesty. ya arthritis changes in knee . due to wrong gait pattern. ya deficiency of vit d levels and calcium levels tk calcium supplements do hot fermentation and calf stretching exercise and avoid long standing keep equal balance on both legs

Hand exercise dear u can do it easly…………1,,,,Pinch Strengthener This exercise helps strengthen the muscles of your fingers and thumb. It can help you turn keys, open food packages, and use the gas pump more easily. • Pinch a soft foam ball or some putty between the tips of your fingers and your thumb. • Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. • Repeat 10 to 15 times on both hands. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damage Finger Lift Use this exercise to help increase the range of motion and flexibility in your fingers. • Place your hand flat, palm down, on a table or other surface. • Gently lift one finger at a time off of the table and then lower it. • You can also lift all your fingers and thumb at once, and then lower. • Repeat eight to 12 times on each han Thumb Extension Strengthening the muscles of your thumbs can help you grab and lift heavy things like cans and bottles. • Put your hand flat on a table. Wrap a rubber band around your hand at the base of your finger joints. • Gently move your thumb away from your fingers as far as you can. • Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. • Repeat 10 to 15 times with both hands. Thumb Touch This exercise helps increase the range of motion in your thumbs, which helps with activities like picking up your toothbrush, fork and spoon, and pens when you write. • Hold your hand out in front of you, with your wrist straight. • Gently touch your thumb to each of your four fingertips, one at a time, making the shape of an "O." • Hold each stretch for 30 to 60 seconds. I am 40 years, weight is 57 kg suffering joint pains (knee, hills) from last 5 years. I have little gastric problem also. Mainly knees are getting pain when I am going upward/downward on the staircase. At morning when I get up from bed, my hills are getting pain. Hi I can understand your problem. 1) apply hot and cold foementation. 2) learn strengthening exercise of quadriceps and hamstring from physiotherapist. 3) do regular streching calf muscles. 4) wear comfortable foot wear. Do share investigation reports if you have, in next consultation.

Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback after 15 days.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days then inform me and consult a skin doctor for fungal infection.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Till what extent fibromyalgia is treatable as of now? any idea if and when this disease will become completely curable? my wife have been suffering with it for last 6 years and have shown her to all the top doctors of and in all the -logies and -pathies but of no outcome or relief. Thanks for your help!

Fibromyalgia is treatable. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take make a visit to my clinic, if possible.

1) Leg pain part is between knees and foot. Aunty 45 years old. 2) Having eye irrigation ,after shown to doctor ,said as it happen due to wet of your eye and for this doctor suggested to use injection water to at every half an hours interval to wet your eyes. Since problem carrying since 2 year, but nothing positive results found. Now what can I do Best? To cure problem permanently.

Hello, Obesity might cause pain in knee joint & ankle joint, of course, needs to reduce her weight to normal range, first. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate her body.
