Dear Akash, do you have any other complaints other than backpain (eg eye problems). What you need to do is start some physiotherapy and back exercices. Swimming is an easy and effective option for you.

From February 2016 my wife had her nerves swollen near the eyes (below lower lid and above her cheeks), the nerves were protruding. Consulted an eye doctor n told that was infection n gave some eye drops. For months it wasn't reduced. Next consulted in a hospital, an MRI was done. There was no problem in the eyes. Then doctor concluded that it should be dural arterial venous fistula. Next week DSA will be done for locating the fistula. My worries are whether it can be cured? Is surgery necessary? Is this a complicated one? She is 32 in age.

Dear lybrate-user From this senario it appears the diagnosis is Dural arterio venous fistula. At this young age it should not be taken lightly. Does she feels hushing sound in head or eyes becomes more prominent on strain is prominent eyes becomes Norma on applying pressure over eyes. There is surgical treatment like ligation of fistula or insertion of coil to block this abnormal arterio venous communication. But all this is to done at advanced tertiary center if required.

You may be having a tension headache due to stress and anxiety.Avoid stress.Check your Hemoglobin,Bp,eye sight and for sinusitis.Go for regular walk,practice yoga,meditation and deep breathing exercise.This will calm your mind and reduce stress.If it does not help consult neurologist to find out the cause of your chronic headache.Consult me for further advice

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

The result is DNA damage, alterations in proteins, destruction of cell membranes, and inflammation. However, dietary supplement with antioxidants have been proven to be beneficial. Do take a plant based multi vitamin supplement.

Hi, Neurosis can become psychosis or schizophrenia when it is not treated. Neurosis is already the acceptance of absurdity by the person’s human conscience. The neurotic accepts showing absurd behavior, which is against the normal functionalism of his human conscience. The abnormality in his or her behavior reflects the invasion of the wild side of the human conscience into the conscious field, and the indifference of their conscience to the absurdity of their behavior is a serious demonstration that they are indifferent to what should alarm them. For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

To curb your sexual desires, you have to do more to think less. Channel all those feelings into something that will keep your mind off sex and then, get busy. You can read books, go out with friends, watch movies, learn new things etc. Transfer your urges into something you have always wanted to do. Sometimes, having someone to talk to about how you feel helps better than trying to curb it all by yourself. Who knows, the person you want to meet may have had difficulty curbing his own desires too. What then is better than learning from someone? s experience. Don? t be shy or scared of being judged. N getting spiritual help, it? s important to note that if you are being taught that sex is bad and it wrong, you won? t have much comfort there and it will only push you deeper into your urges. Get spiritual help that engages your mind in spiritual activities that are far from sex. Being around people pursuing the same goal as you, especially in chastity can also be a strong supportive measure. That way you have someone holding your hands all the way. As you would handle the viruses on your system, so should you handle the thoughts of sex, especially when you are trying so hard to be chaste. Tackle your thoughts before it translates into an action you may regret later.
