Why do I gey hyperacidity all of a sudden in a month. That stays for few days and then everything is normal. I follow the same eating habits but out of nowhere I feel pain in chest. And when I have acidity and pain in chest I start having anxious feeling and have negative thoughts. What should I do?

Hello, you r the victim of hyper acidity due to irregular dietary habits. Plz, follow the under noted tips, sincerely: * take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins.* take breakfast at 8.30 am, positively, take, 4 nos of marie biscuits, 2 hrly with 100 ml of water.* take, easily digestible lunch at 1.00, pm, without fried, irritant,& junk food. At 3.00pm take again 4 pcs of marie biscuits with 100 ml of water./ at 6.00pm take tea with biscuits/take lite dinner at 9.00pm/avoid, watching tv in d late night./* ensure 6 hrs sound sleep in d night. * avoid, scorching sun, dust, smoking, alcohol, junk food, *homoeo-medicine** @ nux vom 30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ robinia q=10 drops, thrice with 2 tsfl of water. Report fortnightly.

Do’s:

• Drink 1 – 2 glasses of lukewarm water early morning to stay healthy and acidity free. Drink more and more water. It is one of the easy Home Remedies to beat acidity. Have a habit to drink warm water after meal at night which helps in proper digestion.
• Coconut water is an effective means for acidity and soothe your digestive system.
• Eat carbohydrate rich food like rice ,which is easy to digest without any acid formation.
• Banana, watermelon and cucumber aid your digestion and good for curing acidity. So, use it in your diet.
• Vegetables like sweet potatoes ,carrot and beet root are effective in fighting acidity. Vegetables such as drumsticks, beans, pumpkin and carrot give you relief from acidity.
• Have dinner two to three hours before sleep, it would ensure food is digested completely and keep you healthy.
• Eat some almonds after every meal, every snack, every time you ingest something basically. Nuts do something to seemingly neutralize the juices in your stomach, relieving and preventing some instances of heartburn.
• Chewing on five to six tulsi leaves when you suffer from acidity is a great way to beat the discomfort you feel.
• Simply chewing on a few saunf seeds can help reduce the symptoms of acidity, as a long term remedy, boil a few seeds in water and leave overnight, drink this water during the day when you feel uneasy.
• Have one teaspoon of amla powder twice a day to help keep acidity at bay.
• Take a probiotic supplement. Probiotics are mixtures of "good" bacteria normally found in your gut.
• Use of honey and water before meals fights acidity.
• You can take cold cow milk before going to bed at night to cure acidity.
• You can chew piece of jaggery after every meal. Potassium present in the jaggery help to balance the stomach acid. Diabetes patients should not take jaggery.
• Sucking ginger is also very beneficial to neutralize stomach acid.
• Exercise daily. Yoga is the best exercise for acidity to cure and reduce it naturally.
• For instant relief from acidity, one should use Jaggery, banana, and yogurt.
• Clove: One piece of clove (laung or lavang) if kept in the mouth for some time can help in reducing acidity. Clove juice that goes into the system with saliva eases the abdomen and stomach greatly.

Dont’s:
• Don’t eat fried and oily food.
• Avoid intake of coffee ,tea and soft drinks.
• Avoid eating citrus fruits ,such as sweet lime and oranges , as they have high acid content.
• Stop smoking and limit your intake of alcohol as both can damage the sphincter and cause acid reflux.
• Avoid late nights ,as inadequate sleep can lead to severe acidity.
• Avoid going to bed immediately after having dinner.
• Do not wear tight clothes and lose weight if you are obese. Yoga and meditation can help lessen stress and reduce heartburn.
• Activities that put too much pressure on the stomach and cause acid reflux, such as bending; lifting heavy objects, straining, and coughing should be reduced as well.

Hello Dear Do you having any usg reports. Coz this is the symptom of cholilitheasis means any sludge or gall stone or else. Do mention youe entire problem including any pain around at your right shoulder near neck side, and any sharp but tinny pain at your middle spine edges? And you should be add 25 ml Olive oil after meal in dinner.

Gas problems are mostly due to Irregular/ unhygienic food habbits . Change your food habbits, Eat your meals at regular intervals, avoid spicy, oily / fatty food, maida containing food items, fruit juices/ sugary drinks. Increase intake high fibre diet.Take nutritious, balanced diet including fruits, green veg, good quality proteins . Take light dinner. Drink plenty of water, Go for walk/do light excercise . Try these measures then update with your status.

Take tab rekool d once daily at 8 am and Pay close attention to your food choice. ·        Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·        While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·        Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. ·        Eat plenty of salads. ·        Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. ·        Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. ·        Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. ·        Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. ·        Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. ·        Drink 3 liters of water in a day. ·        Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. ·        Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. ·        Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. ·        Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.

Hi, Take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and Himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation and pain in the stomach and chest Take. Madiphala Rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea.

Hi I'm 36 years I hv gastric problem from 1 years long I take omeprazole 20 mg every day now in the morning before breakfast, before my Dr. Said to take omeprazole 40 mg. But d problem is still it's been longtime my problem not been rectified every day night around 1to 2'0 clock night I feel hungry even I though I eat chapati at 11'0 clock for my dinner I'm worried that if I keep at midnight every day I may get fat soon, so please advice me what to do I.
