Though I am very active in my daily routine but I don't look like odd to others. I can't walk alone as I have to be with my child all d time. Please suggest me the idea by doing that I will be thin within 6 months. I have uric acid 8. I have turned myself into vegetarian. I drink 3 ltr water. I m using olive oil n spinach in my food. Can I eat mango ripe. Please suggest the diet to loose at least 15 kg weight from my body.

If you have taken abortion pills, you should not bleed for more than 2 weeks. You should go to your gynaecologist after 2 weeks to get a scan done to rule out retained products of conception. Drinks lots of fluids and take an iron capsule for 1 month to replenish all the blood loss. The muscle pieces are products of conception.

Past Year March we aborted our first unwanted pregnancy .After six months got pregnant again but at December month doctor neglects and advices for d&c ,beacuse baby doesn't grows . Your cycle comes 3-4 days before 28 day of normal cycle. You had unprotected sex during fertile period (12th -16th day after menses. Your symptoms are suggestive of the possibility of pregnancy. If you do not get menses around your due date (12th feb 16) the get urine pregnancy test done to confirm or exclude pregnancy.

The question of whether or not a woman should work out or not when it is the time of the month is one that has been much talked about. Exercising during your period has many positive impacts on the body. Each woman's ability to work out and her response to it are different and hence the workout routine you must adhere to can vary from person to person.

1st thing their is no concept of female semen. May be you want to say wetness of private parts (vagina). If you r getting difficulty during intercourse n nt able to maintain relation properly then only you need treatment for same. Their r many factors required for conception. I will suggest both of you to do basic reports like your semen analyasis. N your wife's thyroid test ,usg ,blood examination.

It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods.Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

Having symptoms does not mean she is pregnant. She may or may not be. Do a urine pregnancy test to check or otherwise do a blood test called serum b-hcg. This will confirm if there is a pregnancy or not.
