Hello. As homoeopathy has wide range of medication, will need a detailed history of yours in regard to your nature, behaviour, likings, disliking, thermal reaction, appetite, thirst, etc. Management: increase your iron intake. The best sources of iron come from animal products - mainly red meat. However, we get a good proportion of iron from non-animal sources too. Iron sources include: red meat and offal - eg, beef, lamb, pork, kidneys, liver, heart, black pudding (note pregnant women should avoid liver). Fish and shellfish. Eggs. Cereal and cereal products. Nuts and seeds - eg, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, pecans, walnuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts. Green leafy vegetables - eg, broccoli, spinach, watercress, kale. Beans and pulses - eg, baked beans, peas, lentils, chickpeas, black-eyed beans, kidney beans. Dried fruit - eg, raisins, apricots, prunes, currants, figs. Miscellaneous - eg, plain (dark) chocolate, cocoa powder, mango chutney. Meantime, prescribing you patent medicine - schwabe's millefolium pentarkan and biocombination- 1 - both thrice daily for a month. Revert me back after a month. Take care!

I have period problems which is irregular, I have done my sonography which show there is syst n blood r less in body,
In majority of the cases irregular menses are accredited to hormonal imbalance, but in some cases it may be pathological and secondary to some pathology of ovaries mostly. Now if you want to regularized the menses then you must establish permanent balanced first and this can be achieved only with homoeopathy, because in modern medicine we get only a hormonal support with a very temporary relief. But with homoeopathy you can strike the hormonal balance permanently which later on also give you regular menses even if you stop the medicine.

Dear doctor: Having 28-day menstrual cycle. Last period started on October 2, 2016 and lasted until October 5, 2016. Now, seen a little bleeding today morning (October 13, 2016, one week after the menstrual period). We are newly married (marriage date sep 4), trying to get pregnant and having daily intercourse. What might be the cause for bleeding and what is the possible time to get pregnant? Thank you.

Hello, This may be an ovulation bleed which is common during midcccl. If you intend pregnancy then continue intercourse for next 10 days to increase your chances of pregnancy.

Avoid Wearing High Heals

Avoid Wearing High Heals

Wearing heels disturbes the body's centre-of-mass and major part of body weight is transferred on the forefoot. It changes the normal biomechanics of body and leads to problems like: foot pain, knee pain and low back pain
