Dear Lybrate-user, Acne can be due to many causes, I'm listing some of them below pls identify with your cause and try to eliminate it. The few obvious causes for acne are 1.Increased production of sex hormones as Androgen stimulates increased sebum production. 2. An aerobic proliferation within the follicles. 3.Continual touching and picking-so mechanical rubbing should be avoided. 4.Hot and humid weather 5.Use of wrong cosmetics 6. Uncontrolled dandruff or scalp inflammation. You can take some precautions like: 1.Open air life & mild exercise, outdoor life should be encouraged. 2.Gastro-intestinal disturbance especially constipation should be treated. 3.Fats and carbohydrates have to be reduced in favor of vegetables and protein. 4.Sweets of all kinds of chocolates and nuts to be avoided. Even stubborn acne like yours is treatable and can be controlled, for a personalized treatment you can visit our center or book an appointment by any methods you find suitable. At Valeda, I will ensure that your cause identified after personal case taking is eliminated holistically and permanently. Treatment at Valeda Wellness Centers aimed at: 1. Reducing the bacterial population of hair follicle 2. Encouraging the shedding of the follicular horny plugs to free obstruction. 3. Reducing the rate of sebum production either by acting on the sebaceous glands or indirectly by inhibiting the effect of androgen on sebaceous glands. 4.Usage of anti-inflammatory agents to reduce the effect of acne inflammation on the skin.

Hello sir I have fungal infection (dad-khaj) on near of my sexual part. And that skin have became dark red. I have used lots of cream just like surfaz sn. Tigboderm. Ring guard. Etc. But there is no effect. Please suggest me any good cream or medicine.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, ringworm is caused by a fungus that grows on the skin. Once the fungus is established, it spreads out in rings. The centre of the ring may clear up, while a new ring of infection develops at the edge of the old ring. Fungi are microscopic organisms that can live off the dead tissues of your skin, hair, and nails, much like a mushroom can grow on the bark of a tree. Medication: take schwabe's tellurium 30/ thrice daily for 2 weeks. Management: good personal hygiene helps prevent the spread of ringworm. Teach your child to practice good hygiene and generally not to share combs, brushes, or hats. Children also shouldn't share towels, clothes, or sports equipment that haven't been properly cleaned. Avoid wearing any wet clothes, prefer cotton clothes, keep the area dry and clean. Never use others towels or clothes as well as don't share yours with others. Ringworm can also be transmitted from an infected dog or cat, so avoid animals who look mangy or have bald spots in their coats. If you have an animal that you think may have ringworm, take it to the vet for treatment.

Hi are you sure it is ringworm? If yes then the spots may disappear spontaneously and also you should be sure that the infection has resolved completely. Only then we can think of actively treating the pigmentation

Acne happens due to blockade of sebaceous glands. Acne treatment needs a combination of approach. Please follow this regimen. 1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face. 2. Apply dew soft moisturiser and sleep. 3. In early morning apply clindac gel. 4. After bath apply suncote gel. Carry on with this regimen for a month you will get improvement. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you

Hi I am navnit jha, age 26. I am suffering from hair fall as well as skin problem so I need some suggestion from you.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi I am navnit jha, age 26. I am suffering from hair fall as well as skin problem so I need some suggestion from you.
Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Hello my name is afham I always have hairfall I have tried many shampoos but it not worked for me.
Hair loss and dandruff can be controlled by - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 6. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 7. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 8. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. 9. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.
