Pain in the legs can be related to your back pain. Try sleeping with a pillow underneath your knee to relieve the stress over your back and start with knee bending and exercise in lying down position.

do tests cbc,mp,widal, urine r/m. you can take tab. combiflaim twice a day . after tests you can antibiotic by doctor. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever.

Your weight must be 60 kg. You have to lose 25 kg it also region for knee pain so you must lose at least 15 kg. I know it is not easy but not impossible. Use these steps to reduce weight: 1. Morning and evening brisk walk like jogging for 2km. 2. Avoid oily, fried, ice cream, dairy products and non vegetarian. 3. Stairs climbing also good exercise. 4. Check your weight after 1 month.

Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Do hot fomentation x twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees. And get vit d levels checked.

• get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. Shoulder pain can be a result of injury or disease of the shoulder joint. Injury can affect any of the ligaments, bursae, or tendons surrounding the shoulder joint. Injury can also affect the ligaments, cartilage, menisci and bones of the joint. Some minor shoulder pain can be treated at home. Icing the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes, three or four times a day for two to three days can help reduce pain. Use an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel (putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite). Rest the shoulder and avoid any movements that might cause pain. Simple shoulder exercises can help to stretch and strengthen muscles and rotator cuff tendons. If you have severe pain please see a physiotherapist for pain relief modalities and to find out the root cause of your pain. Best wishes.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

Sir, If pain is not reducing, in fact increasing then quit gym for a while. Give your body rest for at least 5 days. Sometimes due to weight lifting muscles get strained. Long term objective for managing low back pain is through strengthening of para-spinal muscles. So do regular exercises prescribed by your doctor/ physio therapist. Over resting may cause weakness. Avoid dehydration by drinking min. 3 litres fluid per day. Avoid cold exposure. Avoid wrong posture and exertion to back. Ayurveda treatments like kizhi, navarakizhi, kativasti may be required.
