I am a 19 year old male. I have sounds coming out from almost all joints in my body. Starting from my neck, Jaw, shoulders, center part of my rib cage, elbows, wrists, fingers lower back, pelvis area, knees and angles. I all started years back with pop sound coming out of my knees. Now I also feel a bit of pain/feeling of tiredness in the joints. A simple act of writing something on a white board marker in my college builds up so much lactic acid in my shoulders that I feel like the tiredness that builds up after a proper workout at a gym.

Get your blood checked for Aarogyam 1.7 through Thyrocare and follow up with reports and avoid pickles and papads and junk food items and eat freshly prepared homemade food items and drink plenty of water and I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2 cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional after doing the blood test.

Hello, is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? get an x-ray done. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

I am 40 years lady, when I woke up in the morning or after getting up from chair after 20-30 minutes of sitting job, I can't stand properly on my foot or can walk. It is very painful. Heel pains a lot.

It's looking like calcaneal spur. You can consult physio. After reducing pain you have to do stretching exercises. Use mcr chappells, avoid walking without chappells, uneven surface etc. You can take bowel of warm water with pinch of salt water up to ankles. Move your foot in warm water for 5 to 10 min daily 3 to 4 times.

Some random points on my body are paining. It's sometimes my wrist, my shoulder, my fingers, my leg, the area under my eye (the bone), upper arm. It's happening at random intervals. The pain doesn't stay for long. It's there for a couple of seconds or minutes. I'm honestly very scared. Any help?

Please stop painful full exercise for a weeks then start if then same pain then you have to do mri of your shoulder. May your shoulder muscle tear possibilty.

No need of xray if sprain is there. Use creape bandages. Take hot fermentation. Take physiotherapy treatment too.

If your pain is injury or excessive stress related, then you are advised to: do ice packs at home 3-4 times in a day - use analgesic spray like dynapar qps spray for local application - take a short course of anti inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol or one which suits you for 5-7 days - activity modification and to stop activities which increase your pain and to resume gradually once you are pain free - physical therapy under supervision of a physical therapist will also help.
