I am 23 year old male. I am having dust/pollen allergy from past 1.5 years. ENT doctors have diagnosed me with "allergenic Rhinitis" Earlier I had only stuffed nose and sneezing. But now it has increased to heavy breathing also. It is controlled with medications though. But I am worried that I am just 23 years old and a a young age taking so many medicines. Please advise. Dear lybrate-user apart from medicine such as inhaled nasal spray and Oral antihistamines with Montelukast .Kindly do an allergy skin test for common allergans like dust mites and pollens and start on oral immunotherapy drops under guidance of allergy specialist this is the most effective treatment .Thankyou.

7 hour sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active Get following test done and review with reports CBC Thyroid function test (fasting)

Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. One may feel shrinking penis due to this. If your erection and timing is still good then do not worry. Otherwise with guidance and ayurvedic medicines it can be cured. Consult for detailed discussion.

Masturbation does not cause early ejaculation. It is normal. Please don't worry about it. You seem to be suffering from premature ejaculation so try these techniques.  suffering from premature ejaculation. Try the following techniques If you want to increase your time, some cases women on top has helped. It has to be tested may or may not work for you each person's trigger is different. However you can follow these tips and sustain longer  1. Do Not do concentrate or think about your erection or ejaculation. Keep your focus on your partner 2. When you feel you are about to ejaculate even before penetration them gentally press near the neck of the penis (look up for it on the images on web you will find it. You can do this more than one time.  3.when you insert wait for sometime and then start the thrusting movement. 4. When you feel like you are about to ejaculate stop the thrusting for a few seconds. And then restart this Should help. You can so this also more than one time. Plus if this does not work visit a psychiatrist there are medicines to help you. Please note this won't work immediately. You may need time and practise.

Stress and anxiety if remain unresolved for a long time may add up and impair ones performance, work and relationships. Try relaxation exercises like yoga, mediation or deep breathing exercises. If such symptoms remain persistent for more than 2 weeks, it is advisable to consult a psychiatrist for treatment with counselling and medications of required.

Sir, as you mentioned in your history that on this you took medicine but still it there. Sir, frankly speaking if you've very mild hearing loss also but tinnitus is so much bothering you then any audiologist if you concerned with them they gave you suggestion of hearing aid with tinnitus masker but as your needs it totally your decision. Tinnitus is arise due to damage of internal part of ear & it also caused of hearing loss so now in market from diff audiologist came with custom h/a with tinnitus masker which benifited to you. So kindly advice to go for hearing aid which have feature of tinnitus masker.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To build your body you have to have a well balanced diet with more of proteins & do regular exercises including lifting weights - do not go for supplements as they may affect your kidneys & liver in the long run instead increase your protein intake in your diet - some protein rich foods are eggs, milk & milk products like cheese, paneer, yogurt, butter milk, soya products, tofu, soyabeans, legumes including pulses, peas, non veg such as seafoods, chicken, meats, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, peanuts - add some protein food in all your meals, also have snacks in between meals - have 8-10 glasses of water per day for proper digestion - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming for 20-30 min on most days, on alternate days do moderate weight lifting which will help build muscles, also do resistance exercise like pushups, pull ups to build chest muscles.
