Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp. Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

For masterbation: You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbition. Control masturbition. Do not do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness. You may take cap. Shilajit & tab. Chandraprabha bhati. One tab. Power yoga for your eyes Palming Blinking Changing focus of eyes from side to side simultaneously Changing focus of eyes forward and sideways simultaneously Rotational viewing Viewing upwards and down simultaneously Preliminary nose tip gazing Near and distant viewing Regular practice of these yoga eye exercises helps to relax eyesight and facilitate the normal functioning of our eyes. Before starting these exercises, it is always recommended to splash your eyes with cold water a few times. Remember to keep the head and spine straight throughout the exercises. Sit with legs straight in front of the body. Now lift the arms keeping your fist closed and your thumbs pointing upward. Look at a point straight in front of you in level with your eyes. Keep the head in this fixed position, focus on the following one after the other, by shifting your vision to the Space between the eyebrows Left thumb Space between the eyebrows Right thumb Space between the eyebrows Left thumb Repeat this exercise 10 to 20 times. Dear lybrate user. I can understand. PENIS CURVED towards right or left or downward is always normal and this can be seen with majority of people. This mostly happen due to masturbation. People who use right hand for masturbation, their penis will be curved to the left and the opposite with left handlers. There are other reasons too. This phenomenon is quite normal and there is nothing to worry. In fact, curved penis will give you more pleasure when you engage in vaginal intercourse than straight penis simply because curvature provides more friction. Enjoy your curve. Night shifts disturbs biological clock, so do not continue it for long period. For healthy living. 1. Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2. Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3. Donot skip breakfast. 4. Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5. Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6. Make sure you get enough sleep – it's an essential part of being healthy. While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.

If you wake up fresh 5 hours of sleep is good enough. You should generally sleep at night, for 5 hours of sleep you should sleep around and get up at 5 - 5.30 am. Get some exercise- running, yoga or gym (cardio) and have a wholesome breakfast. For studying well, you would have to work on your study skills. Break down the content you want to memorise into smaller chunks. Stop studying the moment you feel you are finding it difficult to focus. Have lots of water. Read aloud to sustain focus. Make points and revise points before sleeping.

I have a little bit of physical work in my company, like walking here and there. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Hello. I think you have allergic conjunctivitis. 1. Eye allergies, called allergic conjunctivitis, are a common condition that occurs when the eyes react to something that irritates them (called an allergen). 2. The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva (the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of your eyelids) become red, swollen and itchy, with tearing and burning. The key to treating eye allergies is a. Avoid or limit contact with the substance causing the problem. B. Avoid rubbing eyes instead do cold compresses. Use antiallergic eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop. This will help you I am very sorry dear to say that there is no medicine that can cure allergy. This is likely to happen due your age and hormonal imbalances. The growth hormone and male sex hormone testosterone will affect drowsiness and laziness.
