Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and ½ cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. Hello sir, for people with diabetes, weight loss success is not only measured by the scale but also by blood sugar control. You should focus on eating lean proteins, high fiber, less carbs, fruits and vegetables. Stay hydrated is also important for you. Some foods you have to reduce in your diet such as white rice, pasta, fruits with added sweeteners, full fat dairy products, any food with high glycemic index. In addition to choosing the right diet regular exercise is always important.

Hi lybrate user, to loose your weight naturally you have to do some dietary changes and activity. Take small & frequent meal (2 major meal and 3-4 small meal). Avoid taking heavy dinner. Cut or stop simple sugar and simple carbs, preserved, tinned and canned products from diet. Try to take 4-5 meals of green leafy vegetables & fruits. Take sufficient water. Besides of sitting job you have to give some time for your body so start work out approx for 30-40 minutes daily like brisk walk, running, jogging, skipping, swimming whatever you like. You can also consult with a dietician for proper diet chart.

One of the best ways to reduce the fat in your body is to drink honey in water. • Add one tablespoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. • Drink this glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. • You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the honey and water mixture.

You need to loose weight. To do that one has to persist with a drastic reduction in the intake of carbohydrates, (specially refined sugars) and fats, increase intake of proteins and increase the expenditure of energy by regular exercise. Starving ones self does not work for any length of time and three meals at regular times, eaten slowly is the best method. Avoid snacking between meals, have a good breakfast, moderate lunch and a light dinner. The foods to avoid are sugars, or anything that contains sugar and fat such as bakery products, ice creams, desserts, fried foods (like pranthe, pakore, puris) pizza and potatoes. Rice can be replaced with two chapattis made of multi grain atta. To fill your stomach one should take lots of fruits (papaya, apples, guava) and green vegetables (cucumber, ghia, laoki, teenda, and tori) and sprouted dal. Milk should be double toned. The protein intake should be increased by taking egg white, cooking should be in small amounts of olive / sunflower oil. Vegetarians can use soya bean dal, nutri nuggets and cottage cheese made from double tone milk. The best exercise is jogging or brisk walking for at least 45 minutes, five days a week. Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Diet and lack of exercise are the two most important factors that contribute to obesity. Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent. For a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) nutrition. E) high calorie fruits like banana. This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein.
