Dear take salads and soup to control ur hunger and drink water after every 80 mins. work out daily. Try the remedies below with gym they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customized approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Do some weight training for 20-25 minutes x 3 times a week.

Hello mam, in order to reduce fat you have to cut down your calorie intake (under guidance of dietitian) and you have to do exercise like brisk walking or cycling or yoga n stretching for 5 days a week at least. Drink plenty of water. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables like gourds, bhindi, melon, berries, watermelon. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Avoid sweets, fried foods, carbonated beverages and processed foods. Thank you.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. If the weight gain has increased drastically without making any evident change in food and other physical activities. I recommended you to get your thyroid levels checked. Still for basic weight loss to be achieved maintains a balanced diet of not more than 1500 calories per day. 1. Refined sugars in coffee and tea should be completely stopped, shift to multigrain chapatti instead of only wheat based and have more complex crabs in your snacks time like roasted grain and salads. 2.2serving of fruits should be included but keep the serving size maximum to 1 at one time. 3. Include 1-2 portions of proteins in form of tofu, paneer, sprouts and oat meals daily in the evening time to manage the intake of carbohydrates after 7: 30 pm. 4. Maintain a good balanced of carbohydrates, fats and protein to the ratio and include a cardio session of 45 mins daily for at least 5 days a week to maintain a good health overall.

1) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, 2) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Hi lybrate-user Everyone wants to reduce fat from some or other part of the body. And the most common problem area is the tummy. Here are 6 tips to keep in mind while you’re worrying about your belly fat: 1. Before you target your tummy fat, try to lose the extra fat around your abs by doing cardiovascular exercises that engage multiple muscles. Try circuit training that burns higher amount of calories in a shorter period. 2. There is no such thing as spot reduction when you have a lot of weight to lose. Instead, try to lose some weight, and once you are thin enough, focus on particular areas to get better results. 3. Get more sleep. If you’re not getting enough sleep and only concentrating on the exercises, you’ll end up over-exhausting yourself. This will do more harm than good. You will end up eating more to fight the lethargic feeling. Try to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night in order to win in the fight against belly fat. 4. Eat less sugar and calories. Belly fat is easily reduced with a controlled diet. Try to include more protein and fiber rich vegetables that will keep you full for longer, resulting in less snacking between meals. 5. You can definitely reduce weight, follow this low calorie, normal protein, vitamins and minerals, low carbohydrate, low fat and liberal fluid, high fibre diet is recommended. 1) there is no other way of reducing weight except by consuming less calories. 2) deep fried, processed foods, pickles, papads, pastries, biscuits, nuts, chocolates, ice creams, deserts should be completely avoided. 3) during business meetings go for plain rice with thin dals and lots of salads. 4) dinner should be taken as early as possible 5) simple sugars, nuts, dry fruits (except almonds and walnuts) should be restricted. 6) small frequent meals (containing high fibre, low fat, moderate to low carbohydrates, moderate proteins, normal vitamins and minerals) with regular exercise is beneficial. 7) begin your meal with a big bowl of salad or soups. 8) drink plenty of water. 9) do not skip meals 10) prefer roasted /grilled /steamed/boiled food items. 11) tea consumption should be reduced. Replace tea with organic green tea. Do not have tea along with any meal. 12) consumption of full cream milk will increase fat percentage so skimmed milk is a good option. Avoid -rice, sugar, potato, sweets, beet, ghee, fried foods, junk food, vada, samosa, bhaji, banana, grapes, chikoo, seetaphal, mango avoid mutton, organ meats, egg yolk, buffalo's milk, cheese, paneer, pizza, burger, chocolates etc. Have 2-3 cups of eco valley green tea, it will help reducing weight & fat.

1] Avoid fast food, oily food, packaged food, junk food, ice-cream, soft drinks, sweets , bakery items, rice and potato. 2] Eat a plate of salads before lunch and dinner. 3] Do not drink water immediately after meal. You can take it after an hour. 4] Do not lie down soon after meal. Have a walk after it. 5] Do not sleep in the after noon. 6] Take a glass of lukewarm water with a spoon of old honey and some lemon juice in the morning. 7] Consume old grains as new grains tend to increase weight. 8] Have brisk walking daily at least once. 9] Do not sit long. Take a break and walk for some time in between work. 10] Drink plenty of water and eat more salads and green vegetables.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily
