My dear your protein intake is less. How much is your height and weight? you may have to take 1.25 gms of protein per kg of ideal weight. One medium chapati which used to have 5 gms of protein earlier now has approximately 1 gm of protein because of soil depletion, mass production, techniques used to increase shelf life of flour etc. If you want to see immediate results, then you should contact me seperately. I think you have no need of surgery you take this:----- 1---- morning walk daily 10-12 km in speedy leval 2 --- surya namaskar 13 daily at morning 3--- lauki. Moong dal daily use in diet 4---- stricketly prohibited:-- poteto. Rice chana milk 5---- use ghee daily 15-20 gm daily.

We need to make some healthy choices so that there is a steady weight loss. Take a look at some of the exciting tips for losing weight this party season.

Follow these tips and lose weight instantly this party season and to look stunning!


1. The Green Tea Effect - The best beverage
Consuming green tea more than twice a day shall keep the metabolism process active, this shall help in losing weight. The more the fat burning takes place, the lesser one needs to work on losing.


2. The Honey, Lemon and Luke warm water everyday
This amazing mixture should be consumed right in the morning before the breakfast on an empty stomach. Following this practice, it will not only help in reducing weight and make you look slim but also give you a glowing skin.


3. Yoghurt - A must-have dairy product
Yoghurt is a highly effective food which has to be included in the regular diet plan to make sure there is no fat accumulation around the tummy.


4. Exercise regularly for a healthy body

There is no detox juice or medicine for weight loss. Carrots and lemons and ginger are good for health otherwise but will not help in weight loss. Kindly don't believe in such myths. You will only spend time on such ventures without any results. If you want to lose weight work on better nutrition + regular fitness exercises.

Hello Continue your Thyroid medicine and follow the below tips to lose weight:- 1. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) 6. avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. drink plenty of water daily.

Hi lybrate user, having a thyroid slows you metabolism of body. For losing weight. A proper diet which include green vegetables and fruit and salads and liquids such as veg clear soup and buttermilk will help you. Daily some type of workout us necessary. Avoid eating soy and soy products and raw cabbage as it interacts with you your medicine of thyriod.

He needs to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
