These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment & doubts. Hi, Believe me, if you are genuinely happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. White patches can be due to so many causes like infection, vitiligo, pityriasis, leprosy, sun damage etc. A pic will help in diagnosing and treating your problem. Never apply over the counter medications over your face. Use a gentle cleansing lotion and non comedogenic sunscreen on your face.

There is no such magical cream. All you need is good care and choose products according to your skin type (oily/dry/normal) cleansing, moisturising are some important methods to keep skin healthy and glowing. Eat well, drink sufficient water. Keep your face clean, protect it from sun and pollution. Go for regular clean ups at a good salon or clinic.

Hello. We can't change the gray hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature graying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. Daily once for 3 months (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert. Investigations required: Hemoglobin, total iron binding capacity, serum ferritin (S. Ferritin), serum calcium (S. Ca), serum iron (S. Iron), vitamin B12, and vitamin D3 and TFT. For glowing face: There is an old-age saying - “Be happy and make others happy!” Follow this in your life and you will see the difference! Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Thanks for the query. Dark spots could mean many things. I assume what you mean is probably post acne pigmentation or post inflammatory pigmentation. Targeting through a single agent may not always be fruitful. Meet a qualified Dermatologist to learn more about the diagnosis and treatment options. Combination of different therapeutic agents is always beneficial. Revlite I.e. Q-switched Nd YAG laser has been available for stubborn pigmentation and can be helpful when topical creams fail. Well to start with, the hot topic of today that is “Do’s and Don’ts to preserve the look” has become  of a trend and a showy business.

Face-Wash, Hair Creams, Protein Powders, Mass Gainers, Keratins and many other things are available today in the market exclusively for Men.

Today the value of face value has increased – a perfect irony.

If you need some important tips and guidelines on the topic “How a Male can impress Women?”, then I would recommend you to read the whole blog, until the very end. I would like to start by saying that whatever I am writing is tested and experienced by myself as well as people around me, so it is completely safe to use.

I do know that there are tons of websites offering a lots of information, but believe me they just are like written theories which are hard to implement or if implemented they have side effects because they talk about using artificial things such as chemical and man-made cosmetics which can be harmful for the skin. I will not suggest that for sure.

So let us begin our short journey and learn to maintain looks and appearance. First thing to note is that we are talking about the dos and don’ts for achieving overall personality.

We can categorize the whole blog into various parts focusing on every category, which needs to be taken care of like the Body Posture, Face, overall Food trend one must follow, Exercises that one must practice to be in shape, etc.

Body Posture

For the Body Posture category, I can only suggest to keep your backbone erect while walking and sitting either on a chair or on any other surface.

Face

The next thing, which has to be cared about, is a man’s face. One can keep it clean and spotless by using natural face wash gels like aloe Vera made or Neem leaves extracts.

Having a clean shave makes your skin fairer. Short and trimmed hair always looks good on average heighted person. Getting facials and face cleanings done on an occasional basis with natural creams is recommended.

Food or Diet

In the diet and food category, the important things that one should keep in mind are drink at least 4 liters of water per day, include more of salads and protein filled food in your diet, other foodstuffs that contain calcium, minerals and fibers.

Fruits have to eaten on a daily basis; Vegetables of varying colors should be selected.

Exercise

Exercise regularly; it can contain simple walking, pace walking, push-ups, abs exercise and a lot of running.

Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

Hi lybrate-user, warts are cuased to hpv virus and usually spreads if the person immunity is weak, nothing to worry you can consult the certified dermatologist. I you can go for laser or cryotherapy to remove the warts.

Hi darkcircles occur due to various reasons like nutritional deficiencys, stress, improper lifestyle and sleep, eczema, excessive rubbing, allergies, genetic, etc. First of all get all your vitamins checked and replace them in case of deficiencys. In case you get frequent itching and dryness around the eyes, apply a moistuiriser regularly. Avoid any soaps or facewashes, and use a bland cleanser around eyes. Certain lightening creams and treatments like peels can peel in reducing the darkening.

Skin pores Skin pores are found in oily skin because of excessive sebum Natural method of Treatment 1.apply fresh Aloevera gel on the affected area and massage it for few minutes, keep it on the affected area for 10 minutes, rinse it off with cool water. Repeat the process daily 2.Dilute one table spoonful of apple cider vinegar with one table spoon ful of water, dip a cotton ball, apply it on the affected area and let it air dry then rinse it off with cold water. Repeat the process daily 3.Take a few piece of ripe papaya, mash it, apply it on affected area leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with cold water. Repeat the process daily 4.make a paste of 2 tablespoonful of baking soda with 2 table spoonful of water, massage it gently on affected area for 30 second rinse it off with cool water. Repeat the process 2 times per week 5.gently swipe the inside of banana peel on your face, wash it off after 10-15 minutes. Repeat the process every alternate day 6. Massage a few drops of olive oil in circular motion for few minutes in the affected area and rinse it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the process daily 7.t Mix one table spoonful of lemon juice with 1 tablespoonful of water, apply it with a cotton ball on the affected area leave it for 10-15 minutes, rinse it off with lukewarm water.

Kindly meet a Dermatologist near you for suitable treatment plans. Your condition needs a physical examination to merit precise recommendations. Consider adding a broad spectrum sunscreen during day. Minimise sun exposure. Make certain dietary modifications by adding more fruits, green veggies, dairy products to your diet. Drink plenty of fluids.
