Actually I am having little bit pain and tangling sensation at right back near shoulder connected to upper shoulder ,arm right breast and right hand is paining sometimes, tingling sensation sometimes at breast, if I lift heavy stuffs, hands pain alot, and I have consulted doctor, taken x ray. But everything is normal their said it is muscles cramp, but I have taken medicines for 5 days not very much rectified, please help me out doctors.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

To me aaj apse jo bat krna chahta hun vo knee joint ka damage or uske replacement ke bare me smjhana chahta hun. Ye normal knee jo hota hai vo is trha se hota hai. Ye knee ka exact model hai, jis tarha ka hmara knee hota hai. Ye samne vali haddi hai jisko patla kehte hain. Ye upar vali haddi hai, jisko fever kehta hain or niche vali haddi ko tivia kehte hain. Isko feura kehte hain. Fewmer, tibia and side ki haddi phiura. Philura jo jod ko badhane me kaam nhi krti lekin iske upar ek ligament attach rehta hai.

To jab age badh jati hai ya bhut jyada sports activity krte hain to aisa krne par ye jo cartilage hai, jo iske gulabi color ki dikhayi gyi hai, ye cartilage ghisne lagti hai. Jo hmara sab vajan andar ki side me hota hai, to andar ki side ki ye cartilage pehle ghis jati hai. Ye jod iske upar chalta hai iske upar. Or is cartilage ki normal gatti me motayi 10mm hoti hai. Isko high fuler osteotomy ye problofuler osteotomy kehte hain. Or us se knee joint ko change krne ki awashkta nhi pdti hai. Or ye sirg 10 minutes ka operation hai. Dono tango ka 20 minutes ke andar operation ho jata hai. To ye ek alternative hai total knee replacement ka. Or iska kharcha bhi knee joint ke replacement se 1/10, dusvan hiss ahata hai. Or iske baad mariz second day apne kam pe vapas ja skta hai. Knee replacement ke lia hume karib mariz ko 5-7 days hospital me bistar par admit rkhna pdta hai. Or 7 din ke baad vo vapas ja skta hai.

 

Or knee joint replacement ka khrcha kareeb kareeb 3.5-4 lakhs aata hai. Quki isme 1,30,000/- ki dono ghutno ki jod hi aate hain. Baki hospital ka 7 din ka khrcha hota hai. Knee joint replacement surgery duniya ki sabse achi surgery mani jati hai. Jisme mariz ka dard khtm ho jata hai. Taang sidhi ho jati hai aur vo normal life lead krne lagta hai. Or high fural osteotomy jaise hum fural lga ke upper end se 3 inch niche se cut kr dete hain. Ye bhi duniya ka ek sabse acha operation mana jata hai, jo 50 saal se niche ke umar ke logon me kia jata hai. Ya knee joint replacement nhi kia jata unke lia ye ek bhut acha operation hai. Ek chota operation hai. To mene aaj apko do chizon ke baare me btaya. Total knee replacement or high fural osteotomy. Total knee replacement ke lia hum kosish krte hain, mariz ko 60 se upar nikal jaye. Agar 60 se umar kam hai to high fural osteotomy ek badia operation hai.

Uske baad diet change krte hain thodi si or exercise krate hain to ye operation ek bhut kamyab operation hai. Mein aise sekdon operation kar chukka hun. Or mariz ka dard second day se hi thk ho jata hai. Or vo normal zindagi jeene lgta hai. Sirf ek din ka admission hota hai. 2nd day vo kam par vapis ka skta hai.

Hi dear, you should walk for 5 -10 min after each 1 hr. There are few physio exs which will help u. Sit on your chair. Move your ankles up and down, rotate them for 20 counts. Another exs is sit straight on chair. Now raise your leg up from your knee joint. Count 10 sec. And then lower down. Do this for 10 repetitions. There are more exs like you can stand on one leg for 10 counts. Lunges are there and many more. Bt these are easiest one. And I can not give demo also. So you can start with these. You will get relief for sure but you have to be regular. Do these exs everyday, 2 or 3 times in a day.

Back exercises. Many people go to physiotherapists with back pain. Here are two exercises that help to relieve pain and reduce stiffness in the back: •Dear, 1. Lie on your back with both of your legs straight. In this position, bring your left knee up close to your chest. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Return your leg to the straight position. Repeat with the right leg. •2. Stand up with your arms on your side. Bend to the left side while slowly sliding your left hand down your left leg. Come back up slowly and relax. Repeat with the right side of your body Dear, low back pain are often referred for physical therapy for four weeks as an initial conservative (nonsurgical) treatment option before considering other more aggressive treatments, including back surgery. The goals of physical therapy are to decrease back pain, increase function, and teach the patient a maintenance program to prevent future back problems. Common forms of physical therapy include: 1.Passive physical therapy (modalities), which includes things done to the patient, such as heat application, ice packs and electrical stimulation. For example, a heating pad may be applied to warm up the muscles prior to doing exercising and stretching, and an ice pack may be used afterward to sooth the muscles and soft tissues. I am a woman of about 51 years, having diabetes treatment regularly. Once a year, when the season changes from winter to summer in the months of March-April, I get pain in the back followed by acute pain in the lower back side, abdomen, corner of thighs and neck. With time, the pain increases and becomes so acute that I couldn't even move out of my bed without any help. For relief, I take painkillers and hot fomentation regularly but the pain eases a little bit and then again increases. I also get constipation with backache, say I go to pass stools after two days often. It usually happened to me during my young age also but that time, pain remains for two- three days only and after taking lot of bed rest and fomentation, I am relieved. But not the condition is becoming worse day by day. After my periods are stopped in the beginning of 2014, the pain is critical. I regularly take shelcal and calcijoint (once a week) along with diabetes tablet. Kindly guide me what precautions to take and which tablets to continue so that the worse situation doesn't come in the next changing season. Thanks in advance!

It seem like beginning of Rheumatoid arthritis. Take enough water daily and regular exercise which will improve your situation. More sweat by exercise will ease and reduce the workload of kidney. Kidney is not only meant for filter it has so many function which can be performed only when its workload is less. Knee Pain: Tips to Manage It!

The knee is the largest joint of the body and is made up of upper and lower bones that are separated by two discs known as menisci. While minor knee pain may be experienced by many people, it should be handled with medical intervention when it becomes a serious and debilitating problem. Sudden injury or injury due to overuse as well as myriad conditions that affect the joints and muscles can bring about knee pain. Underlying conditions like osteoporosis or arthritis, which affect the bones and joints, can also cause knee pain. The symptoms include painful swelling and stiffness as well as severe discomfort. Let us learn more about the causes of knee pain and the ways in which it can be managed-

Injury: Exercise and sports injuries are one of the most common causes that can be the start of acute knee pain, as well as chronic condition.
