hello mam. Kindly take shatavari kalpa of dhutpapeshwara pharma, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, empty stomach twice a day. Take dashmoolajeerakadhyarishta, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water after meals, twice a day. Apply ksheerabala oil over the abdomen twice a day, especially over the stretch marks. Stop cold water amd other cold eatables in your diet. Stop eating after 8 pm at night. Cut down the intake of sugar and salt in your diet. Stop rajmah, maah daal, in your diet. go for brisk walk in the morning for 30 mins atleast, start with 15 mins intially and gradually make it to 30 mins. Take water abundantly to make you hydrated (3 to 3.5 liters a day). Do stretches and pranayama as regularly as possible. Make sure you sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly. Avoid undue physical or mental stress. continue the regime for 2 months. stay in touch. Stop dashmoola jeerakadyarishta when periods start and restart it on cessation of period. good luck.

Dear lybrate user, you may use lemon juice on your face twice daily after washing the face for twenty minutes at a time. Do it for some days and let me know the results. Call back for further course of action.

If you have normal skin, wash your face with cleansers which suit your skin. And then wipe your skin with an alchohol-free, hydrating toner and use a moisturizer later.

Hii doctor, actually i'm getting black shades like face pigmentation ,especially on my forehead I am having this problem since 2 years. I have consulted a skin doctor 3 months ago ,he suggested me to use "KOJIVIT PLUS GEL" and also some sunscreen lotion .i have been using those medication till now from last 1&1/2 month .can you pls help me to get my problem solved .please take this into consideration.

Hello. Avoid using kojivit for better result take homeopathic treatment. Hello balanced diet full of mineral- and nutrient-rich foods is a good idea to keep your skin and body healthy. In particular, try to incorporate foods high in antioxidants (vitamins A, C, and E) because these promote healthy and fresh skin and prevent skin damage. Anti-oxidant-rich foods include carrots, butternut squash, mangoes, leafy greens, citrus fruits, nuts, seeds. 2. Keep yourself hydrated. Drink at least eight glasses of water daily. Water helps to detoxify the body and shed dead skin cells. Staying hydrated is a simple, healthy, and natural way to detox your body and may even alleviate future acne and scarring. 3.Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight. To prevent long-term skin damage, avoid staying out in the sun for too long without sunscreen. 4.Wash your face regularly. Keep your face clean and bacteria-free by washing it at least twice per day and after heavy sweating. 5.Do this: Squeeze the lemons to take out the fresh juice in a bowl. Add the honey to this lemon juice and mix well. Dip the cotton ball in this mixture. Now apply this mixture on your cotton ball to whole of your face or the area where you have acne scars. Leave for about 10-15 minutes. Wash off with water and pat dry. For best result consult privately.

I have Sleeping problem. I have had spent very irregular life for 2006 to 10. Then it was in controlled for for 2 years 2011-12. After that my office time became normal and its 9am to 6pm. But if I go to bed at 11 also I will be able to sleep at 2 am 3am and sometime 4 am also. And need to wake up at 9-10 am. I don't have that much stress in my life. Office life is also cool. Pretty bad dark circles below my eyes. I fell frustrated for the same. I have tried for 3 months for getting a proper sleep. But its not happening. Please help that I can get back my healthy life.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

Hello. 1. Use baking soda on face. Take one spoon of baking soda and nake a paste by adding water. Apply it on face and after 2-3 mins wash with plain water. 2. Hello, We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.

Keep you underarms clean by using a non-scented anti bacterial soap. You can also scrub your underarms using loofah and a good body wash, it removes dead skin and germs. After this squeeze a lemon in a mug with water and rinse your underarms with this water at the end.

First, apply heat to your eyes by rubbing your palms together and then placing them over your eyes. Hold your hands over your eyes for five to 10 seconds, and then repeat. Do this before performing any eye exercises in order to prepare your eyes! Start exercising by rolling your eyes. Eating a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables will seriously help improve your eyesight and keep it from deteriorating. It is also important to eat the right vitamins to support eye health. Vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin A, C, and E, are all important to eye health. Anti-oxidants (remember eating carrots for your eyes?) are also a great source of nutrients for healthy eyes. Our Rebuild Your Vision Program actually recommends 17 different vitamins you should take to support your eyesight Supporting your eye health is just one of the many benefits of getting enough sleep and taking breaks during the work day. If you work on a computer all day, your eyes are probably under a lot of strain. Do yourself (and your eyes) a favor by taking a break for about 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent in front of the screen. Simply close your eyes for a minute or get up and walk around the office. Focus on something that isn’t a screen. You can also rest your eyes by following the 10-10-10 rule. Using eye exercises can even eliminate your need for contacts or glasses. Get a regular schedule of eye exercises and try to do them daily – this will help you get in the habit of performing exercises and also help you achieve better vision fast Start exercising by rolling your eyes. Rolling is one of the easiest eye exercises! Without straining your eyes (remember to stop if it hurts), look up as far as you can. Then, look down. Repeat this 10 times. Now look to each side, repeating 10 times. After that, look in each diagonal direction. Finally, roll your eyes in a counter-clockwise motion about 10 times, then reverse the movement and roll them clockwise. Grab a pen and hold it at arm’s length, making sure the pen is at eye level. Focus on the tip of the pen as you move it closer to your eyes. Stop when you get about six inches away from your face, and focus on the tip as you move it back to arm’s length. Remember to do this slowly and focus on the tip of the pen. Repeat about 10 times. Massage your eyes after exercising. First, massage your temples with your fingertips or one of your knuckles. Move in a clockwise motion several times, and then switch to a counter-clockwise motion. Massage over your eyebrows and under your eyes as well. When you’re done exercising and massaging, apply heat to your eyes once more by rubbing your palms together. If your eyes are really tired, close them and rest for a few moments. Resting your eyes frequently, as described in the previous section, is very important to preserving the health of your eyes!
