My leg is panning what can I do for my leg is not panning you give me medicine name. I take that mendine.
I have pain in below left feet while walking and in left buttock while sitting. Doctor told me I have problem of rotoscoliosis. Please suggest how to resolve this problem.
I had an operation for appendix some 20 years back. Now I have pain in the place where the operation was made when I do morning walk and yoga or exercise. I am 68 years now. Could you advise me the remedy for this ? Thank you.

Tennis elbow is a condition, which is characterized by the inflammation of the tendons occurring in the elbow region due to excess use of the muscle groups present in the overarm. Tennis elbow can cause a lot of distress once it occurs so it is best to perform certain exercises to strengthen the muscle groups in your overarm so that muscle strain does not occur during your physical activities.
