Patience is the key. It took nine months for your tummy muscles to stretch to accommodate a full-term baby. So it makes sense that it can take that long, or longer, to tighten up again. The speed and degree of this tightening up depends on a few factors, including: • What shape and size you were before you conceived your baby. • How much weight you gained during pregnancy. • How active you are. • Something you can't do anything about: your genes. You may find it easier to shed the weight if: • You gained less than 13.6kg and exercised regularly during pregnancy. • You breastfeed. • This is your first baby. NOTE you shouldn't aim to be back to your pre-pregnancy weight until about six months after your baby's birth.

Hello, you want a solution for constipation then take bio combination no. 04, 4 tablets at a time, three times a day, 15 min. after meals. Alpha LIV, 2 tsp daily after dinner. Avoid the following foods that can cause constipation include: Chocolate Dairy products Red meat Bananas and Caffeine Tips to Prevent Constipation Have more fibres in your diet. 25 to 30 grams of daily intake can prevent constipation. Fibres help retain water in the stools thus making them softer and easier to expel. Whole grain cereals and breads Dried fruits, such as prunes and raisins Popcorn, nuts, and seeds Beans and legumes Raw fruits and vegetables Drink plenty of fluids, preferably water. 8 glasses a day will help. Have more if you are physically active. Prune (manukka) juice, and other fruit drinks are known to normalize bowel motility.

Dear lybrate-user, try this method many people are success first and most sleep early wake up early at 4.0 am and study with fresh mind, of course subjects which you are not interested you must spend more time and repeat it many times" practice makes perfect" not only. Switch off mobile phone when you go to bed and switch it on at 6 am.

Dear Dharamraj, , Get a MRI done to pin point the cause and site of pain . Meanwhile go for Ayurveda's Panchkarma Therapy - We have many option for u - Kati Basti (Specialised Panchakarma procedure for Backpains), Localised Massgae with Herbal oils, Localised Medicated Steam, Pottali Massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax ur back muscles and give strength to ur nerves and muscles of back. also start some Yogic exercises - Tadasana, Dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. Hello To improve your physical strength, Iwould advice you the following: If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. The reddish hue while masturbation could be due to the hard masturbation. be gentle while masturbation. For the time being, don't masturbate at least for 15 days and give rest to your penis. The small dot you are talking about could just be just an acne. Physical examination is needed. Take care.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

First record your temperature thrice in a day. If more than 100 take paracetamol sos. Get yourself screened up for cbc test, widal test, malarial parasite test.

You can improve your diet by adding more fiber in it don't eat fried spicy and junk food eat bland diet smaller meals but more frequently and drink a lot of warm water you should not be constipated at anytime because that causes problems.
