Yoga, meditation, stress relieving techniques help you in relieving symptoms. 3. Identify the trigger which causes this type of headache, and avoid that i. E. Coffee, alcohol, chocolate, any particular fruit or nut, or else. Consult again with answer (yes or no) to following questions for further prescription to manage your migraine: 1. Mera tongue pink colour se white ho gaya hai. Main roz saaf karta hun. But aisa kyun. Kis mein saaf karne se acha saaf aur sundar tongue dekhega.

Post-Graduate Certificate in Endodontics

Hello lybrate-user hi. I hope apke tongue ka whiteness, jyada white aur patchy nahi hai. Agar aesa hai to apko immediately kisi ache dentist ko dikhana chahiye. Woh pre cancerous condition ho sakta hai. Aur agar normal gandagi jaisa whiteness hai toh regularly saaf kijiye, khane ke baad muh kula kijiye. Sab thik rahega. Dhanyabad.

Do not rub or scratch the acne. Wash your face thrice a day. Apply lemon juice for black spots and acne on your face for one hour daily for five days and wash it with luke warm water. Drink plenty of liquids. Avoid constipation.

Hello doctor,i have a long medical history. I used to have headache all the time of the day so i started taking pain killers and then after few months thet became ineffective. Also I gained a lot of weight abruptly inspite of proper diet. Dan i saw a neurologist he prescribed me with topiramate for migraine. It has also become ineffective. N now i experience heat flashes, insomnia, depression, n inability to lose weight. Also i experience low blood pressure and kind of swelling or water retention all over the body. What is the possible cause for all this.Is there any hormonal problem or something else as I have gone through the thyroid test and it came normal. Please suggest wat tests should i get done?

Dear, get an eye test and uric acid test done from a proper place. Whatever problems you mentioned later, can be because of increase in weight and anxiety related to it. Check up with dietitian or nutritionist. For anxiety talk to counselor. You can talk to me on my personal forum.

Recommend - arnica Q mixed with coconut oil apply on roots special at night and wash Hair I'm the morning.( temporary treatment) First you find out the right cause of hair fall then you go with any treatment. I recommended you use any homeopathic shampoo twice a week its easily available on Homeopathic medical shops , oiling you hair twice a week specially at night . Eat protein rich food , Vit E and Vit A rich food , and for stop hair fall you need a medicine internally , topical solutions never provide a permanent relief , its always temporary. if you want Homeopathic treatment ,you can contact me through Private questions in lybrate.

I am 16. But my face glow is like 22. More pimples are there. Please dr, tell me some ideas to clear all pimples.

firstly, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing. In the study, vitamin e either had no effect or made matters worse for 90% of the patients, and 33% who put vitamin e on the skin developed a contact dermatitis. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in your skin problems reply back for private consultation.

Actually I am addicted to alcohol. Last year I was hospitalized for my problem .and then anxiety came in to my life. I even get suicidal thoughts. Much more.

Actually I am addicted to alcohol. Last year I was hospitalized for my problem .and then anxiety came in to my life. ...
Alcohol dependence involves intense craving or desire to drink alcohol. People drink for pleasure or rationalize it on external factors like family problems, work tension, etc. They drink continuously, i.e. Almost daily or even weekly once or twice with withdrawal symptoms, tolerance, bodily damage, etc. They need to be brought for de addiction which involves. On a longer run can also produce anxiety and negative thoughts, like in your case. You need to consult a psychiatrist and go for 3 steps of de addiction. 1st is detoxification, when alcohol is stopped and the withdrawal is made smooth with minimal discomfort, 2 nd is maintenance and further deaddiction when the physical problems and psychological state of the individual is maintained and anti-craving drugs started 3 rd rehabilitation, when relapse prevention is the goal, while maintaining deaddiction. All the best.
