I am having black circles below my eyes since last one or two days. What may be the reason and what should I do?

I am having black circles below my eyes since last one or two days. What may be the reason and what should I do?
Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deficiency, working long hrs. On computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! management: eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other exercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly when you are in the sun and not to forget to apply a thick layer of bakson's suncare sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Medication: take homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's alfalafa tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply bakson's under eye cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and medicynth's witch hazel cream - in morning and at night daily.

1.Take some boiled carrots and mash it up. Apply this paste on the face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Later clean the face with milk. 2.Clean the face with warm water and pat the skin immediately. Now apply Honey (shahad) to the marks and massage it gently. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash it with warm water. 3.Take 1 spoon each of lemon juice, Honey (shahad), Almond oil (badam) and milk powder in a bowl. Mix it well and apply on face. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash.

Use Aloe vera gel from a fresh plant leaf. When you rub the gel over an itchy spot, it helps reduce the skin irritation in that area and provides quick relief from itching.

Have you been suffering from some kind of stomach upset?

MBBS
General Physician, Mumbai
Hello everyone. Have you been suffering from some kind of stomach upset? do you belch/ regurgitate food long after you have eaten it? do you get frequent headaches and chest pains?

There might be a very simple cure to all these symptoms. Now ask yourself, have you been drinking that extra cup of tea? an extra cup of coffee? Well, if you have been drinking enough amounts of tea and coffee, try and restrict it, avoid it for a day or two. You will notice a significant difference immediately. Lets not say that tea or coffee is the only cause of these symptoms. But rest assured such symptoms reduce if tea or coffee is avoided. A very common condition (GERD- Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease) is found widely in our population. It is not a disease per say, however, those suffering from such a condition present with the above said features, and unknowingly consume loads and loads of caffeine in their daily routine. If you are one of those people suffering from frequent gas trouble, (the term often used), do try avoiding tea and coffee for a few days. Anything in excess is bad. So, if possible, keep the number of cups, be it tea or coffee, to a minimum. Hope this helps. Take care.

I am 18 year old biy and I have a question that which fairness cream is used for dark face boy.

BHMS
Homeopath, Noida
I am 18 year old biy and I have a question that which fairness cream is used for dark face boy.
There is no such medicine or cream which can lighten your complexion. It is hereditary. All these creams n medicines are only methods of money making. Be content with whatever is your complexion. Don't underestimate yourself in terms of skin color, See yourself from the eyes of your mother, U will find yourself to be the most beautiful person. It’s the internal beauty that matters. I know it is difficult for you to agree with me. U are too young. Pay full attention to your studies and achieve something in your life. U will see then complexion doesn't matter. Perhaps then you will understand the meaning of what I am trying to make you understand For glowing skin You can use aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market.
