Hi If fever has not come down with mefenamic acid, use paracetamol plus ibuprofen combinations three times a day. Give plenty of fluids orally, particularly ORS. Keep her well hydrated. Plus for acute conditions it is better to consult your local doctor, Thanks.

If you have been detected to have high bp, even extra pich of daily intake of salt is going to cause null and void effect of your medicine taken for control.
But if your bp is low the same helps you instantly.

for E.D. avoid stress. take proper sleep. you can take natural ginseng for it. High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Which kind of food and daily life will be better for controlled blood pressure and better for kidneys also.
Hi, as you have kidney infection, I hope that you are already in touch with a nephrologist and that your kidney health is being monitored by him/ her regularly. First and foremost, the kidney infection has to be arrested before any further complications arise. Your high bp is most probably because of the underlying issue with your kidneys and/ or can be attributed to dietary/ lifestyle issues including stress at work/ home. Telma 20, as I understand, helps control blood pressure. However, it would not cure the underlying cause by itself. While you continue being on telma 20 mg medication as already advised by your doc, simultaneously, you will have to check your dietary habits, especially cut down on salt, pickles, tea, coffee, sweets including sweetened carbonated drinks & artificially sweetened juices, oily, spicy, greasy and fatty foods. Ensure that you have a balanced diet along with fresh fruits/ vegetables like watermelon, apple, cranberries, oranges, ripe papaya, cucumber, leafy greens etc which are especially beneficial for people with high bp and also they ameliorate kidney infection. Bananas and jack fruit are best avoided. Raw cheese, yogurt and fresh buttermilk (with no added salt or spices) also help promote kidney health and fight infections. Walnut and fishes provide omega-3s that help reduce inflammation too. Similarly, garlic & amla too help reduce bp. Ensure to streamline your lifestyle as well, with adequate room for exercise, relaxation and de-stressing. Yoga, pranayam & meditation too help relax deeply and de-stress. Ensure that you get at least 8 hours of restful sleep daily. See how you can streamline your occupational aspect as well to reduce stress at work. Hope this helps.

Just try to have a oil and fat free diet for 2 months.A few changes could help protect you from this hidden condition: • Try to keep your consumption of saturated fats to a minimum. • Aim to replace saturated fats, with moderate amounts of ‘good’ fats also known as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. • Grill, steam, boil and bake foods instead of frying and roasting. • Eat plenty of fibre-rich foods. • Enjoy healthy snacks such as fruit, nuts and seeds, olives etc. • Eat at least two portions of fish per week, one of which should be oily (Choose from salmon, mackerel, sardines, pilchards or herring). • Include foods enriched with plant stanols/sterols, which are clinically proven to lower ‘bad’ LDL cholesterol as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle. • Stay physically active. at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise on five or more days of the week. • Avoid smoking. • Try and manage your stress levels.  Foods to avoid  Limit saturated fats and oils, such as butter, palm oil, and coconut oil. Instead, use soft vegetable oils, such as olive or canola oil.  Avoid trans fats or partially hydrogenated vegetable oils. These oils go through a process that makes them solid. They're found in some hard margarines, snack crackers, cookies, and chips.  Limit fatty meats such as corned beef, , ribs, steak, ground meat, hot dogs, sausage, bacon, and processed meats . Also limit organ meats like liver and kidney. Replace with skinless chicken or turkey, lean beef, pork, lamb, and fish. Try some meatless main dishes, like beans, peas, pasta, or rice.  Limit meat, poultry, and fish to no more than two servings, or 140 g, a day. Remember that a serving is about the size of a deck of playing cards.  Limit egg yolks.  Limit milk products that contain more than 1% milk fat. This includes cream, most cheeses, and nondairy coffee creamers or whipped topping (which often contain coconut or palm oils). Instead try fat-free or low-fat milk (0% to 1% fat) and low-fat cheeses.  Limit snack crackers, muffins, quick breads, croissants, and cakes made with saturated or hydrogenated fat, whole eggs, or whole milk. Try low-fat baked goods, and use any spreads or toppings lightly.  Instead of using butter or margarine on bread, try dipping it in olive oil.  Avoid fast foods like hamburgers, fries, fried chicken, and tacos. They are high in both total fat and saturated fat. When you eat out, choose broiled sandwiches or chicken without skin, salads with low-fat dressing, and foods that aren't fried. Ask the server to leave off the cheese and high-fat dressings like mayonnaise.

My age is 29 and I have hypertension if I take my medicine regularly then it is controlled between 130/90 and 140/100...
Hi Normal range of blood pressure is between 90/60 to 140/90, anything above or below is is abnormal. Many factors can affect blood pressure, including: 1) The amount of water and salt you have in your body 2) The condition of your kidneys, nervous system, or blood vessels 3) Your hormone levels You are more likely to be told your blood pressure is too high as you get older. This is because your blood vessels become stiffer as you age. When that happens, your blood pressure goes up. High blood pressure increases your chance of having a stroke, heart attack, heart failure, kidney disease, or early death. DASH stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. It is an eating plan that is based on research studies sponsored by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI). These studies showed that DASH lowers high blood pressure and improves levels of cholesterol. This reduces your risk of getting heart disease. The DASH Diet Emphasizes vegetables, fruits, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. Includes whole grains, fish, poultry, beans, seeds, nuts, and vegetable oils. Limits sodium, sweets, sugary beverages, and red meats. Along with DASH, other lifestyle changes can help lower your blood pressure. They include staying at a healthy weight, exercising, and not smoking. I read your query, by the information I have in hand my advice to you would be 1) Keep a BP daily record for at least one week 2) Basic tests should be one to rule out cardiac / kidney issues 3) unless any recent evaluation has been done I would advice these test ECG ECHO Lipid Profile TSH KFT  Renal doppler  Get back to me with a detailed history and  old / new records for a better individualized advice.
