I am assuming that u have a golfers elbow... treatment has to be step wise... conservative. physiotherapy. injection steroid. surgery... generally people get the relief with conservative and physiotherapy only if u keep ur elbow at rest till treatment is on..

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Sir for this in ayurveda a very well known medicine is available. Please apply maha narayan oil on both side. Twice daily. Try to protect knee from wet cool air. Also start some physical exercise to increase circulation. After 10 days tell the progress.

I am having headache and pain in my arms and lose motion too. I think it is due to of excess exercise in gym. This is from last few days. I do not know what to Do. I asked many people regarding this. They said its natural of excess gym. But why it is this long. I can not move my hands also and legs are also pain. Yeah I know this arms and legs pain is due to exercise but I want to know how to cure this in some 2/3 days so that I can continue my gym. According to my opinion, it may be due to lack of salts after more or vigorous exercise in your body. First stop or do less excercise in gym. Take proper rest. Increase fluid intake. Take electrolyte if possible. Do endurance's excercises rather than power excercise in gym.

Hi this is a common problem post delivery. You need strengthen your pelvic floor muscles as well as back muscles. Start physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for your spine. Do reply for private consultation and personalized exercise plan. Do not ignore.

Spleen swelling be blood disorder and you need to check up blood CBC and pbs and marrow test also may be needed . For sleep you can take a sleep pill for a week

Could be beginning of arthritis, spondylosis etc. For the time being take sutz bath (sit in hot water tub). Massage gently herbal massage oil after warming a bit at night.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Jumping into a workout without first warming up your muscles can increase joint pain, especially after age 40, says David Kruse, MD, a board certified sports medicine specialist with Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, CA" Joints hurt more when muscles and tendons are stiff. As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. Ideally, your fascia acts a cushion for your joints, and helps to protect them from impact during exercise, says Sue Hitzmann, an exercise physiologist and creator of The Melt Method. The more hydrated your fascia, the more cushion you get. Creating gentle compression with a soft foam roller helps rehydrate your fascia by stimulating its cells and helping fluid move back into that tissue, says Hitzmann. Get started with these 4 foam rolling exercises. 3. Shake things up. If you want to avoid overuse injuries—not to mention burnout and boredom—you know it’s not a great idea to do the same routine every single day. Muscles are involved in the control and function of joints; when they’re weak from overuse, your joint is forced to take on more impact. (So if you’re pushing through a run with overworked quads, for instance, you’re likely to feel it in your knees.) Instead, mix up high-impact activities, like running, with something a little more gentle—think swimming, biking, yoga, or Pilates—once or twice a week. For the last 15 days I have been having pain on the left side of my left leg from the hip to the ankle. Since I am 70 years old I am not prepared for surgery. Now I am being injected on the spine. Kindly show me digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly avoid such injections, if possible.

Hi Back problems are usually weak back muscles due to sitting in chair for prolonged periods. These muscles can be strenghthened by doing specific back strength exercise and also by doing abs building exercises. you can join a Yoga class and tell them about your problem. I am sure the problem can be resolved in a natural and healthy way.

Hello, Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports and follow following advises 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying

Hello as you neglected the pain it is aggreavated. Now use the knee cap for both the knees. Use it for 10 hrs. If you want 2 sit below by folding the knees remove the knee caps. At bed time do not use them. Continue medicines you will bbenefited.

I am having diabetic (type2) since 18 years and BP since 12 years. I am under insulin and medication for both. The sensation in the foot is slightly reduced and as advised by doctor, I am using MCR footwear within house also. Last week, I had to visit a temple where I walked without footwear for about 100 feet, but with socks. Though I was very carefully walking, but some objects like stone or like that must pressed without my knowledge, though no injury but I am having leg pain till waist (left leg). But I am doing my regular activities like walking, driving, but with pain. Is there any treatment is required . Normally I am avoiding the places where I need to go barefoot. But this time it was a important family function & not having any choice. Please advise me sir.

Footcare is no doubt very important for diabetic patients. Since you r chronically diabetic & hypertensive, u r prone for peripheral neuropathy wherein u get all these symptoms. I advise you to use the following oils from Arya Vaidya Sala Kottakkal, for regular external application:- Prabhanjana vimardanam + valiya narayana thailam ( mix both the oils , warm it & apply in both the legs in upward direction , for 10 minutes, leave it on for 1 hour and wash it off with warm water, daily once or twice).

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn knee exercises. 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Wear sports shoes. 5. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 6. Do Hot fermentation twice a day. 7. Wear knee cap. 8. Talk calcium, vitamin D 3, Omega 3 and Glucosamine supplement for one month minimum.

Hello, sounds you give excessive undue stress/load on your spine by sitting for a prolonged time while studying. First of all avoid long time sitting without back support. Second, keep moving after every ten - twenty minutes like a gentle brisk walk in your room will suffice. Never sleep on your stomach instead prefer sleeping on your side. Apply hot pack on your pack for 20 min twice daily. And do gentle leg raising exercise one at a time at 60 degree with heep and knee straight by lying on your back. Repeat ten times on both legs. Twice daily. Have lots of water, prefer lime water early morning. Hope it helps.
