Advised to take liquid content foods and protein foods. Sleep 15 minutes after lunch. Eat vegetables, fruits and green leaves. 1.Do massage of legs with seasme oil daily..followed by bath with luke warm water. 2. Take 1tsf ashwgandha churna daily with milk. 3. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

By white flow I suppose you are referring to white vaginal discharge. It is a myth that vaginal discharge causes weakness, pain or tiredness. Vaginal discharge is normal. It's color, consistency and amount varies according to the time of the month and sexual arousal. You may be simply stressed out due to this misconception. That may be causing the weakness. Visit a psychiatrist to rule out depression or anxiety.

Hi, Recently expired sprays, gels or ointments, when used unknowingly over the skin, does not give rise to serious problems. But never use the expired medicines internally.

Dear lybrate-user if you have gone through sterilization your body will go hormonal changes and you are in a menopausal age the body and bones are having change so these are quite normal and the hair fall is due to stress and take the diet regularly.

Weight gain or body type is genetic. You must give time to let body achieve it's potential weight by eating right. Just overeating in one meal or indulgence in fatty foods will not help. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements ...they will not work in isolation. ....you have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part--knee rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

the pain could be due to ligament injury inside the joint. you should visit an ortho surgeon who may request MRI scan depending on the physical examination findings if required.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, dry fruits, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Threptin biscuits will be helpful. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial to increase weight for you.

After a whole lot of research and even more controversy, fats are back in our diets. But choosing foods with “good” (saturated and unsaturated) fat is now the main problem. So to help you with your diet, here are 12 foods that contain healthy fats:

  1. Olive oil: Olive oil contains secoiridoids and oleic acid which protect the body from diabetes, cancer and other heart diseases. It also slows down aging on the cellular level.
  2. Fish: Fishes such as anchovies, salmon or sardines contain essential Omega-3 fatty acids (a type of monounsaturated fat), which are important for healthy brain function.
  3. Avocados: Avocados contain monounsaturated fats that reduce bad cholesterol.
  4. Eggs: Eggs are a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids, and eating them for breakfast keeps you full and satisfied.
  5. Nuts: Nuts are a good source of unsaturated fatty acids, which makes them a good snack to munch on.

Dexona is a steroid. It has serious side effects such as kedney damage. Pimples etc. Ciplactin is anti histaminic. It increases appetite.

Normal water you can keep in plastic bottles. It is harmfull if you pour warm or hot drinks in it. Due to excess heat the chemical in plastic melts and dissolves in liquid which is harmfull. For keeping water you can use stainless steel, aluminum, glass utensils.

If you want to build muscle you must consume more calories. Increase your food intake. Eat more proteins like egg, lean chicken, fish like tuna and other fishes, cottage cheese, soy products etc. Use whey protein after workout. Take healthy fat like fish oil, olive oil, nuts like peanuts, almond, walnut, flax seed, sun flower seed etc. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat sweet potato with potato, brown rice, brown bread, whole wheat, whole grain, peas, drink plenty of water.
