I am in extreme anxiety, due to which I am losing my hair day by day and the volume of my hair is getting thinner, I also have grey hair. What should I do to have a good hair texture? Hi, From your question I am unable to understand the cause of your anxiety. Very often when we are too anxious or worry a lot then the emotional disturbances manifest as bodily symptoms such as hair loss, indigestion, gastric trouble, pains etc. Sometimes these bodily symptoms then become a cause for further worries and anxiety and this becomes a vicious cycle which feels hard to break. It would be a good idea to address the underlying causes of anxiety first. You could speak to friends or family or seek psychological counselling for the same. Other ways of improving our general sense of well being is through regular exercise such as walks, yoga, aerobics, swimming, cycling etc; pursuing some activity that you like such as dancing, listening to music, reading etc. All these help to release some chemicals such as serotonin and endorphins in our brain that make us feel good and less fatigued. To control cold: -Get plenty of rest/sleep.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat.Take only lukewarm water to drink during the day -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily decongests nose -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily. -use alex cough syp for cough

Hi lybrate-user as you mention 5.7 feet height is not to short but for increases more inches in your height take some healthy diet like dairy product, oats, nuts, leafy green vegetable and if your non vegetarian you also add egg and fish in your diet.

Hello there. I am 22 and really frustrated because of the size of my penis. Its curved and length also looks small. Can surgeries help me out of this or should I consult someone for pills. All medicines have side effects Listen there is reason to panic at all. You need to involve your partner and make her happy through slow wonderful foreplay, I am sure due to the early ejaculation you seem to be upset you seem to be very much stressed.(for your stress you must engage in some form or yoga or relaxation/meditation daily) Try this for PE it will help u. Pls note most of the times premature ejaculation (PE) occurs due to speed. We tend to go fast and in the process the sperm comes out sooner than required. I would suggest you to use an approach of no ejaculation at all. First go slow with your foreplay and avoid any kind of excitement, you and your partner may put more attention on your breath so as to be more relaxed during sex. When after proper foreplay years partner is ready you may penetrate but don't do in-out movement, instead just let your penis be in the vagina without any need to ejaculate at all. You may also change a posture when you feel like trying another posture. The most common form of morning stiffness and pain is due to muscle imbalances and poor conditioning of the muscles themselves. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and learn how to safely, easily, stretch and strengthen the weak and tight areas of your lower back and hips which cause pain while sleeping.
