It is because of stiffness of the interphallangeal joint. You need to take physiotherapy sessions to regain the normal range of motion ot joint.

You have mentioned that you have pain all over the body region including lower and upper back region etc. Are you suffering from any inflammatory joint disease? do you regularly exercise, maintain proper posture, maintain an active lifestyle? since you are very young, I would like to get a few blood tests done, purpose of which is to rule out certain deficiencies, inflammatory joint issues etc. So please get some tests done empty stomach: cbc, esr, crp, serum electrolytes and serum vitamin d levels done. Meanwhile you can continue with your exercises, walking and if possible also send me your spine x ray or mri whatever has been done by you thus far. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

1. Lie on your back. ... 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. ... 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

Everyday Back Pain Causes.

It's worth knowing that you will eventually complain of back ache if you are not already whining.

It is primarily because most of us indulge in some everyday activities that are detrimental to our spine health. The good news here is that these reasons can be easily fixed. All you need is some spine tuning. Here's how:

Desk job
Are you sitting too much on your seat? Recent studies have suggested that sitting for longer hours makes you prone to various illnesses. So it is highly recommended that you stand and walk a bit every two hours or so and also engage in some static stretching exercises. If not, take a 30 minutes stroll after your lunch time.

Sleeping on your stomach
Do you have a habit of snoozing on your tummy? It's a clear give away for your back problems as it puts unnecessary pressure on your spine. When you sleep on your side or back, your spine is elongated and neutral. Also, don't use a thick pillow. The perfect-sized pillow should keep your head in line with the spine. This is not it. Your mattress should not be too hard or soft.

Not exercising your core
According to yogacharya, Shelly Khera, a strong core helps us stand difficult situations both physically and mentally. It is where all our energies are housed. And even fitness instructors in the gym have caught fancy to the word 'core, but for all the right reasons - core exercises strengthen your spine.

High heels, bulky bags
Some fashion choices that you make may be harming your back, especially high heels and heavy bags. Not only women, there are men who carry heavy laptop bags on one shoulder, which is a major cause of health issues. What's the fix? If you stand and walk a lot, do not wear heels above 2 inches and the handbag should be less than 10 pounds.

X rays of both knee joints (digital) rule out high blood pressure or any other kidney problem do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

However there are many myths surrounding arthritis that need to be busted.

1. Myth: every knee pain is arthritis.
Truth: the condition in which joints pain a lot, it is assumed that every type of knee pain is arthritis and there is only one type of arthritis. From gout to virus caused arthritis, to autoimmune arthritis, there are numerous different types of arthritis.

2. Myth: stop exercising to avoid straining your knee.
Truth: with the joints paining a lot, a lot of patients believe that they cannot exercise any more. The truth is that there are specific low-impact workouts designed for people with arthritis so that staying fit is never a problem.

3. Myth: arthritis makes you immobile.
Truth: arthritis does change your life since it affects your joints. But remember, it doesn't make you a handicap. It is false to believe that nothing can be done about the disease.

4. Myth: diet has no impact on the disease.
Truth: since it is a joints related problem, many people believe that dietary changes are not required if you are suffering from arthritis. It is in fact crucial since those suffering from arthritis are at higher risk of being obese, and in turn getting heart diseases and type2 diabetes.
