Hi Asim., Thanks for writing into lybrate., Medication:-1. Tab Obesidat -1tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10ml with warm water daily before food twice a day Tips:- 1.No salt intake after 7: 30pm 2.No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3.Restrict mango and banana. 4.Restrict potato and rice. 5.No artificial juices. 6.Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8.Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9.Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10.Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11.Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12.Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13.Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15.Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16.Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17.Bathing should be before food intake only. 18.Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided

Hi, Oily skin can be dealt with following methods- 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use a good tea tree face wash. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 2. Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 3. Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 4. Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. I am not getting proper sleep during night time pls suggest me some solution so I can sleep better.
1. Cherries Cherries contain a good amount of melatonin, the chemical that helps control the body’s internal clock. According to a study published in the Journal of Experimental Botany, eating a handful of cherries, especially tart cherries, a few hours before going to bed will help you sleep better. If fresh cherries are not available, you can opt for cherry juice or even dried or frozen cherries. According to researchers from the universities of Pennsylvania and Rochester, people with chronic insomnia must drink a cup of cherry juice twice daily until their condition improves. 2. Milk Drinking a glass of warm milk before bedtime will also help you fall asleep. Milk contains the amino acid tryptophan, a precursor to the brain chemical serotonin. Tryptophan and serotonin help you drift off easily at night. Plus, milk is a good source of calcium, which helps regulate melatonin production. Calcium is also effective in stress reduction and stabilizing nerve fibers, including those in the brain. Along with milk, you can eat other dairy products like yogurt and cheese. 3. Jasmine rice According to research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, people who ate jasmine rice for dinner fell asleep faster compared to other types of rice. This is mainly because jasmine rice has a high glycemic index, meaning the body digests it at a slow speed, releasing glucose gradually into the bloodstream. It also boosts the production of tryptophan and serotonin in the blood, thus encouraging sleep. So, eat jasmine rice to significantly cut the time it takes you to fall asleep. 4. Bananas Bananas have natural muscle relaxants, magnesium and potassium, that help promote sleep. The fruit is also a good source of vitamin B6, which the body needs to make the sleep-inducing hormone melatonin. The high carbohydrate content in bananas will help make you sleepy as well. Mix one ripe banana with one cup of milk. Blend it thoroughly to make a tasty bedtime smoothie. Drink it at least one hour before your regular bedtime. 5. Tuna Tuna contains sleep-inducing tryptophan. According to an article published in the Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences, tuna is also high in vitamin B6, which your body needs to make melatonin and serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that promotes relaxation; melatonin is a hormone that promotes sleep. A low level of vitamin B6 is associated with insomnia, so it’s good to include B6-rich foods like tuna in your diet. Vitamin B6 is also important for the immune system. 6. Almonds Almonds are a good source of magnesium, which promotes both sleep and muscle relaxation. A study published in the Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine found that when the body’s magnesium levels are too low, it is harder to stay asleep. Plus, almonds supply enough protein to help stabilize your blood sugar level while sleeping. They also help your body switch from your alert adrenaline cycle to your rest-and-digest cycle. Eat just a handful of dry roasted almonds or a tablespoon of almond butter at least one hour before going to bed to fall asleep faster. 7. Fortified Cereal cereal To promote sleep, eat foods like fortified cereal that contain ‘good’ or complex carbohydrates. Foods rich in complex carbohydrates boost tryptophan in the bloodstream. Also, fortified cereals are a great source of vitamin B6 that is essential in producing melatonin. For a good night’s sleep, eat a small bowl of fortified cereal that is low in sugar. 8. Hard-Boiled Eggs hard boiled eggs If you have trouble staying asleep at night, it may be due to a lack of protein-based foods before bedtime. Eating hard-boiled eggs before bed will help you stay asleep through the night as they contain a high level of protein. This snack also fights acid reflux, which often flares at night, making sleep difficult. Two slices of brown bread, some cheese, a hard-boiled egg, and a glass of warm milk is the perfect dinner menu for those who are having trouble sleeping soundly at night. 9. Lettuce green lettuce in a bowl Lettuce contains lactucarium, which has sedative properties and works the same way as the opium poppy. Green leafy lettuce also is high in calcium that helps bring on sleep as well as potassium that is a fundamental nutrient for the nervous system. Plus, lettuce helps treat anxiety, headaches, and muscle or joint pain that can cause restlessness throughout the night. To sleep well, you can drink a cup of lettuce tea before going to bed. Boil one or two lettuce leaves for five minutes in two cups of water. Let it cool, strain it and sweeten the mixture. Drink a cup of this tea at least half an hour before going to bed. 10. Herbal Tea herbal tea To sleep better, avoid caffeine and alcoholic beverages in the evening. But you can surely enjoy a cup of herbal tea to aid sound sleep. Decaffeinated green tea and chamomile tea are the best options for this. Chamomile tea has chemicals that relax nerves and muscles and act like a mild sedative. Green tea contains theanine, which helps promote sleep. Choose green or chamomile tea, whichever you like the best, and drink a cup of it one or two hours before bedtime. You can read more about the benefits of green tea, here. Eating these foods just a few hours before you hit the pillow will help you fall asleep faster and even improve the quality of your sleep. Finally regular exercises.

This may be due to sinusitis. Or dns deviated nasal septum and polyp nose. Best would be consult ba entbspecialist. Take plenty of homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which helps to prevent infection.

1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Hello ms. Chanchal You asked about your irregular periods I would like to advise you that menstrual blood purify the uterus every month because of nature's gift to conceive baby. If it is irregular periods and impure regarding colour, quality, quantity and time factor how one can be pregnant.I would like to advise you to regular your MC and its quality then no problem to be pregnant. M2 tone is good medicines but follow it regular for 3-6months. Then you will get pregnancy.

9 years ago you would have been 14 years and you would have experienced only ?puppy love?. That would have been a very vulnerable time no doubt but you cannot take yourself and that relationship that seriously, surely. You are literally stuck in a time capsule! Forget your boyfriend you must and should move on emotionally. This fixation on him must die out eventually and this length of time of indulgence is just too much. You must first exorcise him out of your mind. You can either do that by talking him out of your emotions first to a counselor and then starting on a new relationship by completely walking away from the past. You must express your bitterness and all the fond memories with the intention of purging him out the system. The professional will expertly guide you through the motion of exhaustively clearing away all memories along with the emotions so that you will be free of the ghosts of the past and are able to venture into new relationships. Once you have done that the memories will gradually fade away but the huge advantage you will have is that the emotions attached to those memories will be minus energy of the feelings and they will become impotent. In the meantime I hope you have cleared your belongings and surroundings of all memories of this person; and also that you do not haunt the places and situations you used to visit. If he has ditched you, you must learn to forgive him for your own sake and live a life free of him eventually in the mind and then in the heart. He is now history, and has probably happily moved on. You need to be thankful that you were not betrothed to him when he dumped you: that would have been worse. And you need to learn not to give yourself to someone so much when the time was not ripe or suitable to do so. Now you should pitch yourself into a new relationship but do not focus too much into the serious end of the outcome but on the moment-to-moment development to see how it all unfolds to really enjoy that person. If you continue to cling on to his memories even after that, you may have some attachment problems too to explore with the counselor.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Having loose stools meals some infection in stomach. It means your food passes undigested and proper nutrients is not absorbed in body. So to remove this infection take --- take tab cefolac - o + cap rabemacdsr twice daily after meals for 7 days. Take cap vizylac one cap at bedtime for 7 days.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water because you might be suffering from mild enteritis which is not detectable in any tests

U have to continue the treatment if you expect good results. I am starting here but it's not all you have to continue to get a consistent result. Take german reckeweg calcarea carb 1m single dose in morning. Mixed fruit juice daily. Report me after 7 days.
