There should be some muscle spasm. Don't need to worry. Take meflal spas or spasmat two time a day for alteast three days. Insha Allah it will help.

Yes your bp is high, get checked again. Reduce salt anyway. Salt in packed foods as salt is a preservative. Avoid excess salt as it leads to water retention and some swellings, and the bp will remain high despite good medicines. Get tested for heart also. Ecg and halter tests plus blood for sugar and lipids and get back here with reports. You will get more guidance from any of us here.

Causes of chest pain is two types. 1physiological ie smoking, excess alcohol intake. Indigestion, gastritis. Insomnia &/or anxiety stress. 2. Pathological either hereditory, or disease. Kidey disease, arterial disease, hormonal diseases are to be examined. After investigation proper treatment is needed.

For maintaining blood pressure which type of food healthy and which type of food is unhealthy.

To maintain blood pressure loose extra weight,do exercise regularly,eat healthy diet,reduce extra sodium from table.Take dark chocolate to make blood vessel more elastic,Reduce caffeinated beverages as this can increase blood pressure.Use tea as it has less caffeine but not more than 3 cups.No excessive alcohol.Drink lots of water,stay stress free and proper rest.

Dear lybrateuser, - Do warm salt water gargles three times a day - avoid all cold fluids including aerated drinks, have more of warm water, tea, coffee, soup - mix 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder in a cup of warm milk & have it twice a day - take syrup Benadryl, 2 teaspoonful three times a day - take tablet levocetrizine, 5 mg, 1 tablet daily in the evening - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables to boost your immunity - do x- ray chest if not much improvement & consult a doctor.

Managing Hypertension With Healthy Habits

Here are some changes that can offer huge improvements in your high blood pressure levels:

Change your diet.

Studies have found that a low-salt (low-sodium) diet has a big benefit when it comes to lowering hypertension. Cutting back on high-sodium foods and salt at mealtimes is recommended for people with high blood pressure ? keep your daily salt consumption to less than 2,300 milligrams of salt, about equal to one teaspoon.

Get active.

Exercise is another key to management of hypertension ? 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week can really boost heart health.
Lower stress. Keeping stress under control with regular relaxation has been found to help lower high blood pressure. Allow yourself some time each day to unwind and enjoy life.

Cut out tobacco and reduce alcohol consumption.

Tobacco use and drinking excessive amounts of alcohol can contribute to high blood pressure, studies have found. If you enjoy an occasional drink, stick to a maximum of one (for women) or two (for men) drinks per day, and no tobacco.

Get to a healthy body weight.

Obesity ? even being overweight ? is a major contributor to high blood pressure. So for better management of hypertension, lose weight. The goal is a body mass index, or BMI, of between 18 and 24.9. And all of those other lifestyle changes, like a healthy diet and regular exercise, will help you achieve it.

Monitor medication usage.

If you take many medications, it's a good idea to review them with your doctor to see if any of them could be contributing to your high blood pressure or interacting with your blood pressure medications. Decongestants and other cold medications, some antidepressants, steroids, and pain relievers like non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) can raise blood pressure, so ask your doctor about over-the-counter drugs and any other prescriptions if you're struggling to manage hypertension.

Be vigilant about watching your blood pressure levels.

You know you have high blood pressure, so stay on top of it. Always take your medications the way that your doctor recommends, and make sure that your blood pressure is monitored frequently.

For your parents help you have to consult a homeopath and for you as you said you want to be healthy so for that you have to eat well, do regular exercise so that you should not graps in such conditions in which your parents are. U can also take help of homeopathic medicine if so then consult.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts.
