Control diabetes first with the help of medicines or insulin , write back if DM is type 1 or type 2. If heart attack occured 15 years ago and if now he is not having any symptoms , by now reversal might have occured. Get back with details please. Take exercise regularly,avoid oily and spicy food, reduce your weight. Avoid egg, mutton. Monitor your TG level and consult doctor if it is still high

I have blood pressure problem. What kind of diet should I follow to stop my disease?
To control & maintan BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Hi, my sister 29 years old who was suffering from chest pain consulted a doctor and he told to do some tests, she has done the tests everything is normal but her cholesterol is 231 mg/dl. Doctor has prescribed some pain killers fit for the pain but she has not taken any medicines yet. please advice her wat she has to do to reduce the cholesterol.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat less of fatty foods,avoid processed foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Exercise daily. Get ur complete lipid profile done.

  6. Make a juice of garlic cloves, wheat grass and basil leaves. Have this regularly for reduced chances of high blood pressure.
  7. Mix onion juice with honey and have the mixture every day.
  8. Make a paste using garlic and buttermilk, and drink it regularly.
  9. Grind roasted watermelon seeds, add water to the powder, strain the liquid, and have it twice every day.
