Get an xray or mri done to know the exact cause - meanwhile - gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback after 15 days.

1.Take crocin 500mg one tablet sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a)Take X ray cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b)Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) Do physio therapy and neck exercise d)Consult me for further advice

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

According to your details, it sounds like you are suffering from gout. Do a uric acid test. It will be diagnosed. Remedies:- 1. Take at list 3 litter of water in a day that flash out the high level of uric acid. 2. Do not take high protein diet like egg red met, wine, ragma, etc.

JOINT & BACK PAIN 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. LIFE-STYLE CORRECTION 1) Correct your sitting posture. 2) Take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) Foot should rest to floor easily. 4) Take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) Do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

I am 26 yrs old I have shoulder pain from past 5 yrs. I had xray but no ligament tear. I was prescribed with calcium injection and had no problems for 6 months. Later same pain occurs. If I ride bike the pain increases with the distance I travel.

5 years! when do you have maximum pain? did you get injured while throwing something? can you throw properly? it may be slap tear. Ligament, capsule, labrum can't be seen on x rays. You may need mri.

I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

Good sleep on the day of sex is your physically active and it is similar to exercise, like increase in heartbeat and increase in blood circulation etc., and also mentally satisfied so no thoughts of wanting sex. but on the day of nosex, you are constantly thinking about it and wanted to have that pleasurable sensation again your sleep is affected. If you wanted to get rid of this lack of sleep on the day of nosex have diversion of your mind by reading some book, doing some physical activity, meeting people or spending time being physically active. Have some regular exercise like walking, jogging, yoga, meditation etc., make your muscles active releasing feel good harmones helping you to go to sleep. come back again if you wanted some more information

Hello lybrate user - we shld sleep to keep our body stable and healthy it is as important as food to the body. - reduce the mental stress initially - have always food in time - avoid too much coffee and tea - avoid using electronics like mobile or computers after 10 pm - have a glass of warm water after dinner - make sure you don't have any issues like gastritis or constipation etc health issues - apply medicated oils like brahmi taila to the head and foot before going to bed, this will relive your stress and leads to natural sleep.
