I am not sure who got you hooked onto sleeping pills. On a longer run they will shrink your brain, resulting in early onset dementia, depressive symptoms, personality changes, memory changes, even withdrawal seizures. Kindly consult a psychiatrist, get your sleep evaluated, and he will gradually wane you off the sleeping pills and give pills which promote sleep by acting on the cause of sleep disturbance, he may also educate you on sleep hyigiene.

Dear Lybrate user lybrate-userIn this age of modernisation every thing is changing very rapidly specially moral values and humanity .Everyone is becoming self centred and thinking about themselves only But it does't mean there is nothing positive in this world, what it requires is slightly change in our perception ,Don't wait for condition to be good Do some efforts to make condition good, you are asking for help means you are ready to change this situation that's the positive point .think about few things whether any thing bothering you. You need to find the cause. You can take help of any counsellor regarding this. If you need my help you can contact me.in the mean time do few things ,it will make difference-- 1.make some good friends. 2.Do some new activity .As per as research on human behaviour it is found that if we get something new intresting we forget everything for few days. Think in which activity you are intrested. 3.you are doing wrong that you are in the room only not interacting with anyone, try to interact with people as much as you can. I know if you will go around people mentally you will not be there but its ok slowly you will feel better. 4.make some plan with friends. 5.make yourself busy. 6.make short targets and work to do for particular day 7.your brain should be in active condition and its up to you that how can you make it in active condition you can join music class or dance class, or can take tution or can do painting or can go for long drive or make some friend on any social site or can try cooking. 8.watch comedy show 9 Don't give time to yourself so that you don't get time to think 10 Last but most important do yoga ,meditation, deep breathing exercise such as inhale air forcibly and exhale air forcibly. Take care.

Hello, Body pain may be due to 1. fever 2. abrupt start or stop of exercise 3. Any other medical disease like Anaemia/ Hypoproteinemia/ Thyroid problem 4. Vit D deficiency 5. Multimineral and vitamin Deficiency 6.Stress/ anxiety 7. Over exertion (physical and mental) kindly follow advises given below: 1. Take adequate rest 2. Proper diet 3. Depression can be referred to as a psychiatric dysfunction which is generally associated with a recurrent feeling of sadness, loneliness, disinterest in daily affairs and low self-confidence. Anxiety is something you face a lot due to different reasons. It also leads to mutiple problems, including low confidence, giving you an uneasy or uneasy feeling and more importantly affects your general well being and ability to work. If you feel you suffer from anxiety, here are some ways to reduce it.

  1. Accept the anxiety: Anxiety is only a temporary phase which everyone faces. If you keep worrying and try to fight it, you will become even more anxious and your health will become even worse. The only way to deal with the anxiety mentally is to accept that this is a temporary phase and that it will pass away soon.
  2. Self-soothing techniques: There are many physiological things for you to do as well which will allow you to relieve anxiety. Diaphragmatic breathing is a very good way to achieve this. Sometimes reassuring yourself is more valuable than you think. Practice saying comforting things to yourself and the stress and anxiety will automatically reduce. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions fast end junk food habites end too spacy also. You take Ķeva aci drops 5 drops in a cup of normal water empty stomach after 20 to 30 minu ties take breakfast end in evening also. After two dose you fill acid reflex than 5 drops in noon also take for a month. Consult me for further treatment.

Dear user, You must be able to understand Concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Please post a private question to me and I will help you with "effective learning" techniques. Avocados, Beetroots, Blueberries, Broccoli. First is to stop tobacco altogether. Start astra l or e neuro tablets twice daily for 1 month. Than reduce it to once daily till recovery. Stop eating spicy n oilly foods completely. Increase your intake of fruits n raw vegetables. There are some exercises also.
