According to height you should calculate your bmi rate and 10kg losing will be more than enough for you. Sedentary lifestyle tend to gain weight as your intake is more than your calorie burning. First of keep an eye as what you r grabbing. Do not exceed your calorie intake more than 1200 if you want to really lose around 1kg in a week. When our calorie burning is more than intake your weight will start droping. Add more of yogurt chicken paneer eggs to your daily intake. Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hello try adding foods to your diet instead of subtracting. Add in healthy foods like vegetable juice, fruit bowl, sprout chat. Keep cherries, juicy grapes, or any fruits into your bag. Improve on the intake of fluids by consuming enough water, soups, buttermilk, tender coconut water etc exercise for an hour must be regular.

If you're on a diet, you're probably already working out a couple of times a week. (No? Well, you should start!) But whether you exercise or not, you can get a leg up on all those other weight-loss wannabes by doing a little something extra each day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator; walk to the bus, train, or all the way to the office; window-shop with your best friend rather than sit over coffee. Taking the dog out, gardening and even housecleaning all increase the number of calories you expend. You don't have to go for a jog (although that would help!) to speed up weight loss. Twenty minutes of moderate exercise a day means you'll burn approximately 700 calories.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

You should have 73 kg according to height. Do health check ups. And follow these. Eat small amount of food. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water after meals. Use unrefined foods but not much. Take extra protein foods to reduce weight. Use healthy fat. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Do regular exercise like yoga, push ups etc.

Respected Doctor. Recently I heard a lot about Green Coffee which is a wright loss tablet and completely Ayurveda Herbal product it says. And honestly speaking I don't like much of exercise nor can do a diet. So when I saw this add on Internet and as it said 100% herbal I wanted to order it. But before ordering I would like to know if any side affects with the medicines I'm using. Because 2 months back doctors said I had Thyroid and my TSH is 19.32 and I'm taking Thyronorm 25 mcg everyday morning on empty stomach. I don't have any other health problems as I did a complete health check up and doctor said everything is fine but only TSH is 19.32 for which he gave Thyronorm 25 mcg. So Doctor please I request you to once see the ingredients listed in Green Coffee tablets on suchita Green Coffee website and kindly let me know if I can take it or no as I'm taking Thyronorm 25 mcg. Will it react with Thyronorm or is it safe to take. I know Doctors are against weight loss tablets and advice weight loss through healthy food and regular exercise but as I already mentioned I'm not into much of exercise or diet. So please read the ingredients of Green Coffee and advice if I can use or no. Thanking you.

Green coffee acts as an anti oxidant to your body and remember your weight is due to hypothyroidism and so it would take time till your weight comes to normal only with thyronorm medicine and for you there is no harm in taking green coffee with thyroid medicine.

If one suffers from PCOD, her metabolism drops and it becomes very difficult to lose body fat and in the process she become insulin resistant. You need to eat very clean and do some intense exercise to limit this condition. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. Liposuction - Do's And Don'ts!

Liposuction is very popular as a relatively quick and safe cosmetic surgery to get rid of excess fat. At one time, the procedure was even touted as a better alternative to healthy diet and exercise. Regardless of such myths, liposuction is an important development in cosmetic surgery. Indeed, in certain cases (of extreme weight gain), liposuction is the first surgical procedure performed on the patient. Like all surgeries, liposuction has a few do's and don'ts, and they are: 

Do's 

  1. Keep your weight at a healthy level before surgery. After a certain amount of fat removal, the more the amount of fat is removed from your body, the greater is the risk involved in surgery, which is why controlling your weight pre surgery is important. Losing a large amount of weight leaves a lot of loose skin in your body, which can make your skin look saggy. 
  2. Wear your compression garments(Liposuction garments). Compression garments help your skin compress over the area where the fat used to be, leaving smooth, tight skin. 
  3. Continue exercising (with the go ahead of your doctor) after the procedure and follow a healthy diet to maintain your body. 
  4. Maintain gentle activity for two weeks after the procedure. This will help in removing fluid deposition in the surgical area and prevent complications. 
  5. Drink adequate liquids and fruit juices immediately after the surgery. 

Don'ts 

  1. Do not take anti-inflammatory medicines like aspirin or ibuprofen three days prior to the surgery as these medicines may cause bleeding complications. They also harm the body's coagulation mechanism which is detrimental to recovery. 
  2. Do not smoke or drink alcohol while recovering as Nicotine disturbs normal tissue healing, which may lead to a permanent delayed healing, while alcohol interferes with the effect of some medicines. 
  3. Don't lift heavy objects or bend down immediately after the surgery. Your doctor will give you a more specific timeline as to when you can pursue such activities. 
  4. Don't expect results from day one. You will see results after you have recovered from the surgery. 
  5. Do not opt for liposuction specifically for weight loss. Though Liposuction reduces some extra weight after surgery, Liposuction is chiefly a procedure for shaping and contouring the fat in your body to give you that shape you always desired. If you wish to discuss on any specific problem, you can consult a cosmetic-plastic surgeon.

Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser. Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health. You can mix some oils like – Sesame, olive, virgin coconut oil, wheat germ oil to apply before going to bed. Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. Eat almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds to maintain skin health.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly.
