Both are equally good. Dry fruit contains protein, iron, fresh fruit contains vitamins, minerals. Fresh fruit is comparatively cheap and has all good nutritional value.

• Eat a lot of good things - You need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are GOOD calories. You could easily get 3500 calories eating Taco Bell and Twinkies, and drinking Mountain Dew, but that will just make you fat. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats…which brings me to my next point: • Protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts. Eat lots of this Sleep – you need to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains. Your body is doing nothing but lying there and building muscle while you’re sleeping. If you are only getting 6 hours or less, you’re not going to get all the benefits of your exercising and diet. I know it’s tough, but those 3AM raids on Runnyeye need to be put on hold for a few months.

Diet related insufficiency: iron rich food should be taken. Particularly those with green leaves (sting netle, parsley, green onion, coriander, spinach, rocket leaf…), dried organic fruit (apricot, figs, grapes), almonds, molasses, honey.Adding black cumin (very high in iron) to deserts made of sugar obtained from sugarcane help (especially in liver patients). Fresh apple juice, pomegranate juice (which has high vitamin c levels and increases iron intake) should be taken. Fruit juices should be consumed on an empty stomach and you shouldn’t eat anything for the next 1-1.5 hours. Fresh carrot and red beetroot can be sliced and taken with lemon juice on it. (ladies can take it more at times of mensturation). Take 100 ml of spinach juice for 2 weeks.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use pillow under the knee. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello Don't drink water before meals. Add vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. Have six meals in a day – three big meals and three small. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be heavy and calorie-rich. A heavy dinner adds weight to your body as your metabolism is not as active when you sleep as compared to when you are awake.High Proteins Along With Calories

1. Get a thyroid profile test done. 2. Have 3 litres water daily. 3. Have frequent meals comprising foods high in nutrient & energy density but low in volume. Ex: fruit & nut milkshake, cheese potato chicken sandwich, egg curry, rice/ atta maida roti with ghee, til chikki, dry fruits, premix, malt, soybean cutlets, fish fingers, stuffed parathas, banana, dates, mango. 4. Avoid water with or just before meals 5. Have 15 mins light walk before main meals to enhance appetite.

Hi eat your meals on time and at regular intervals. Avoid junk foods tea coffee alcohol and smoking. Drink plenty of fluids. Do some activity like swimming or aerobics or some team games or jogging whatever you enjoy at least thrice a week. Be active and if still you feel lacking in energy levels you may need to get some tests done.

Height does not increase once your epiphyseal bones r fused. Check for x ray wrist bone, ask for bone age. If fusion has already occurred, (which in most probably would have already occurred at your age), then there would b no increase in ht further. You got to be happy wd your current ht. In case fusion has not occurred, then consume a high protein diet n do regular relevant exercises. Stay healthy, stay blessed.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises.
