If you are having fungal infection of thigh 1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5mg) at bed time if itching is severe 3. Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4. Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one 5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one 6. Maintain personal hygiene.

Never touch the intimate parts of your body except during normal toilet processes. Avoid being alone as much as possible. Find good company and stay in this good company. 2. If you are associated with other persons having this same problem, you must break off their friendship. 3. When you bathe, do not admire yourself in a mirror. 4. When in bed, if that is where you have your problem for the most part, dress yourself for the night so securely that you cannot easily touch your vital parts, and so that it would be difficult and time consuming for you to remove those clothes. 5. If the temptation seems overpowering while you are in bed, get out of bed and go into the kitchen and fix yourself a snack, even if it is in the middle of the night, and even if you are not hungry, and despite your fears of gaining weight. 6. Never read pornographic material. 7. Put wholesome thoughts into your mind at all times. Read good books. 8. Pray. But when you pray, don't pray about this problem, for that will tend to keep it in your mind more than ever. Pray for faith, pray for understanding of the Scriptures, pray for the Missionaries, the General Authorities, your friends, your families, but keep the problem out of your mind by not mentioning it ever -- not in conversation with others, not in your prayers. Keep it out of your mind!

Dear, I am sorry to know about your problem. Your symptoms can be caused by enlarged prostate with overactive bladder, urinary retention with overflow, urinary infection, bladder or ureteric stones, tumour of prostate or bladder and some other rare conditions. So it is important to diagnose correctly and start the treatment. I would advise you to get the following tests done: ultrasonogram abdomen with post void residual urine, uroflowmetry, urine microscopy and serum prostate specific antigen (psa) after ruling out urinary infection. It is also important to get your prostate palpated by a urologist to rule out a tumour in prostate. There are good drugs to control the symptoms caused by prostate enlargement and overactive bladder. However, without evaluating with the above basic tests it is not appropriate to start a treatment blindly. Please get back to me with the above report. I will be in a better position to guide you further. Wish you good health

To increase your digestion power and follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds ( carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of Kali mirch( black pepper), grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . • Take pudina ( mint) and coriander leaves add 1/2 onion grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion . • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . Eat an apple daily . • Do running and jogging exercise daily . • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food .

You are most probably suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. In this condition the frequency and urge to go to toilet increases especially just after meals. Ibs can be caused due to many reasons out of which stress is one important cause. When your life and body are stressed, it can lead to ibs. You need to practice deep breathing and relaxation techniques. If your symptoms are not improved, you need to take prescription medication for a period of time.
