Hello Mr. lybrate-user Basic laboratory tests like complete blood count and X-ray cervical spine can be done, if it is a recurring condition. If you lead a sedentary desk job, your posture while sitting should be correct. Kindly get your ENT examination and hearing assessment done to rule out Meniere's disease that has similar symptoms as yours. Homoeopathic medicines are quite effective in the treatment of such cases. Kindly consult a good homoeopathic doctor near you for further analysis of your case.

Which part of chicken is low in purines and is it like that one should eat lean cuts like breasts of chicken to avoid it.

Which part of chicken is low in purines and is it like that one should eat lean cuts like breasts of chicken to avoid...
gout patients can have up 6 ounces of protein-rich, moderately high-purine foods like chicken each day. Limit yourself to 2- or 3-ounce servings at a given meal. Drink 8 ounces of water before and after meals containing chicken, especially if you have gout along with a history of kidney stones. If your gout symptoms have recently worsened, eliminate chicken from your diet until you feel better.Avoid breading and frying chicken to keep your fat intake low. Do not serve cooked chicken with high-fat cream sauces or rich gravies. The broth, bouillon and meat extracts often used to prepare gravy for chicken dishes are high-purine foods and should be avoided. Grill, broil, roast, stir-fry or poach chicken instead, using small amounts to add flavor to your meal instead making a large portion the focus. Serve the chicken with carbohydrate-rich foods since carbohydrates help your body eliminate uric acid.

You are surely HIV negative. Doing sommany tests is wrong. Doing repeatedly HIV tests will push you in category of HIV Phobia, which is a psychological disorder. So don't do tests, don't waste money if you had not taken any fresh risk. Do HBsAg and VDRL tests. Take HBV vaccines. Please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you the steps to be taken.
