For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Go for exercise.

Hi I am 27 years old. My under thighs (where I wear underwear) itch a lot, I wear underwear immediately after taking bath where it will still be wet. Sometimes I use 1 underwear twice a day and I keep it on shelf for whole week and wash them all at once 1 day. Is it because of fungus or bcoz I wear underwear immediately after bath?

Hello, wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Change underclothes regularly. It may be due to a fungal infection which thrives in humid, wet environments. Apply k-z cream twice a day on itchy areas for 6 weeks. If no satisfactory improvement, please see a local dermatologist for further assessment.

Hi as per your height, your weight is within normal range. But to build up muscles you need to take good protein diet -at least 70-75 grams per day. Plus a good work out like a gym. Diet should include low fats milk and milk products, home based paneer, pulses, sprouts, nuts, soya products, and eggs and fish or lean chicken if possible.

Drink mango milk shake and banana milk shake regularly ,twice a day. Drink whole fat milk. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Include kichdi, poha, upma in your diet.

Weight gain is the result of well balanced diet, physical activity for 30-40 mins 3-4 days/week preferably weight training and rest of 8-10 hours. All foods included in your diet should be power packed i. E giving you many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins like chicken (skinless, egg whites, fish, milk, beans and sprouts so as to help you in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, chikkis of peanuts/chana to be stocked with you as this can be conveniently had anywhere, dryfruits and mixed nuts. Overeating would harm more than help as it would lead to burning excess calories to use the food eaten leading to wastage of energy and in the bargain you might lose weight.

hello, yes u can increase your wieght follow this diet for 3 weks: breakfast oats with milk , 7 soaked almonds, 2 banana, 3 walnuts brunch banana shake , salad lunch 2 chapati , any veg , littel curd, rice, boiled potato before workout 2 banana after workout 5 eggs, sprouts, banana shake, dinner 3 chapati, daal, salad, chicken, before sleep 1 glass milk aftr 3 weeks i'll change it

Studies show that drinking milk before bedtime has helped many people who suffer from insomnia fall asleep. If you work out with weights, milk is great to help repair muscles during a dormant period. Milk protein (casein), actually takes longer to digest. Up to 7 hours. Which is perfect for that time when you are fasting. Studies show it'll help keep you in a positive nitrogen balance during that period. People who drink 24 oz of low fat milk lose weight faster, and have leaner bodies overall. I cannot think of any reason why milk before bed would be bad for you.

Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed Barley chapati /1-2 Ragi chapti + 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Go for exercise. According to your height and age your weight should be 70 kg.
