First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Your diet is low calorie which is good for weight loss. However you can add some more proteins to your diet in lunch and dinner by way of Dal / chickpeas / kidney beans. It can be in curry form or boiled. If you can convert 30 mins exercise into 60 mins it will be good.

I am 26 yrs old. i am having a thin body. i eat a lot including non-veg but am not able to gain weight. am 58 kgs now. help me to gain weight and look little fat. also am having headache regularly. i took medicines but still not cured.

Meal timings and composition both are important to gain weight. Headache might be possible due to lack of proper nutrients or some kind of inflammation . Dietary supplement helps a lot to cure it

Hi Ashok.. take more protein rich food, green leafy vegetables, milk, eggs, sea food if you eat nonveg... etc.. And you may also try taking homooepathic Alfalfa Q 10 drops tds in water before meals..

Hello sir, my father is suffering from diabetes. He has lost weight, hands are trembling and can't be steady, don't talk usually, got fever in a weekly basis, doesn't want to take food. Try to drink milk ( there are some milks and food products available in the market which are fortified with vit D ) . You can take Vit D suppliment powder once a week for 4-8 weeks. Try to expose yourself to sun light. In general a well balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables along with exercise and exposure to sun light will take care of most of the deficiencies.
