I have irritation in corners of both eyes for me few days and also water is also coming.
Just do hot fomentation. Dip a clean handkerchief in lukewarm water. And keep it over closed eye lids for 2 minutes and then wipe clean your eyelids. Do this twice a day.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Adolescent age period is always such. Because adolescent people have other priorities and focal points, it becomes difficult for them to concentrate and remember on study material. Understanding this critical factor can help change your attitude towards self and education. Take care.

You asked: I was diagnosed with body dysmorphobia 2 years back. I am suffering from server hair fall. My younger sister pulled my hair unknowingly since then the anxiety and condition gets worsen. At that time I have consulted a psychiatrist at AIIMS Bhubaneswar, he prescribed me Paxidep cr25 and Lonazep 0.5 for sleep problem. I continued the medicine for 3-4 months and discontinued when I felt slightly better. These days I am not feeling depressed as before but I can't go out without a cap or covering my hair. I don't want to show my baldness to anyone. This makes me worried. I think people are staring at me and feeling stage phobia type. My sister marriage is in April. I don't understand how to handle the situation. I am thinking of going to NIMHANS or AIIMS Bhubaneswar again. Please advice me.

Hello, You can try the following home remedies for regrowing your hair: GARLIC AND HONEY: The sulfur and selenium contained within garlic can help fortify the structure of the hair shaft, meaning it can not only help to replenish lost hair, but can strengthen existing hair as well. Extract the juice from a small head of garlic or about eight cloves. Do this by peeling each clove and using a garlic press to squeeze the juice from each clove. This should yield about one tablespoon of garlic juice. Blend this juice with an equal amount of honey. Apply this powerful mixture to your scalp and hair and leave it on for 20 minutes or more before rinsing out. This can be done two to three times per week or more often if you want. CASTOR OIL: Castor oil helps with hair regrowth and hair loss and many other hair and scalp problems. Castor oil has a thick consistency, so you can mix it with coconut oil, olive oil or jojoba oil in a half and half ratio. This will make the mask easier to distribute throughout your hair. Use your fingers or a brush and start applying it onto your scalp with circular motions. This gentle massage increases the blood circulation, rejuvenates the hair, and stimulates hair growth. ONION JUICE: Onion is rich in sulfur. This mineral is one of the main building blocks of hair. Extract the juice of one onion and massage it into your scalp or cover the bald patches. Leave on for at least 15 minutes (longer if you can tolerate the smell) and then wash out using a mild shampoo. You can also add honey to the onion juice. CURRY LEAVES: Soak a handful of fresh curry leaves in plain water overnight. The next morning chew the curry leaves and follow it up with the water. Curry leaves will promote hair growth and give you that shiny, bushy and thick hair. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: You could give your hair a last rinse using apple cider vinegar concoction. Mix 1 part of ACV with 2 parts of plain water and use it as a final rinse (after shampoo). ALOE VERA: To reduce pitta and preserve the health of your hair, drink Aloe Vera juice (⅓ cup preferably with a pinch of cumin) 3 times a day for about 3 months. You can also scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your hair and scalp (and face too). OIL MASSAGE: Massaging the scalp with brahmi oil or bhringaraj oil at bedtime can help to prevent hair loss. In addition to the qualities of the oil, the massage itself will improve circulation at the root of the hair, thus bringing more nutrients to support hair growth. FOOD FOR YOUR HAIR: Healthy hair depends upon a nourishing diet. Dairy products such as cheese, milk, and yogurt are beneficial for the hair (assuming you digest them well), as are fruits, green vegetables and white radish. Drinking tender coconut water is also helpful.

Hi. You seem to be carrying the burden of the past for too long. Mistakes happen and its very human to make mistakes. The lessons learnt from mistakes is the only thing to be carried along, rest all has to be let gone. You may not have got an outlet to vent out and let go. To be living in the present, you need to let go of the past and begin living your life in the present, in the here and now. Make a priority list of all the important things relevant to you today and lay down a path to walk on towards your goal/s. In order to do this, you will first have to make peace with your past. You can consult a counsellor to help you. All the best.

Dear reader physical built, looks, intelligence among other things over life of any being is outcome of interaction between their genes and environment. The specific gene set that will form in any pregnancy (to the same couple) is purely a random chance and is not dependent upon sex timing. But the environment in which children develop also has a major role in shaping their health, intelligence, attitude and looks. ***factors that can influence the genetic quality of conception*** 1. Pregnancy at right age: specially for mothers. Genetic quality of seeds degrade with the age of people. Pregnancy in older ages can lead to increased chances of offsprings with genetic problems. 2. Health of parents: this has a direct bearing upon health of the child. Specially during months of pregnancy, where it is important for mother to keep her body healthy as she has to meet needs of baby and herself. 3. Lifestyle habits: smoking, alcohol consumption, drugs usage some medicines, occupational factors and stress levels directly effect the genetic and health quality any person has to offer to their children.

Eat a hair-healthy diet. Maintaining a healthy, balanced diet plays a huge role in the health of your hair, so making sure your body is getting all the hair-friendly vitamins and nutrients it needs can help to prevent white hairs. Make sure you are eating plenty of lean protein (hair is made from protein), fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Drink plenty of water for hydration. More specifically, make sure you are getting enough of the vitamin B12 and the mineral zinc. If you don't feel you are getting enough in your diet naturally. Also make sure you are getting adequate amounts of vitamins A, C and E and of minerals like copper, iron and folic acid. Biotin (sometimes called vitamin H) is another important vitamin for healthy, naturally-colored hair. It is found in foods like cucumbers, oats and almonds.
