Hello lybrate-user, this is comon problem with just married people due to performance anxiety, due to lack of sex education, issues with partner, harmonal issues. Do not get panic. Need more information, you are loosing erection before ejaculation or you ejaculate early and then you loose erection. Both conditions are different. So I would suggest, meet nearby sexologist along with your partner, discuss your all issues. He/she will assess you and guide accordingly. At the same time spend quality time with partner, spend enough time in foreplay. Do not concentrate on your erection or ejaculation while foreplay. Create healthy bond with partner. However assessment with sexologist is required to give final conclusion.

Dear lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation three times a day - avoid all cold drinks, have more of warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk, soup - avoid exposure to dust, cold weather for few days - take tab Paracetamol if pain is more - if not much relief then do a chest x- ray & consult a doctor.

Hi. As all of us know that one need 6-9hrs. of sound sleep. Now the culture and work hours in BPOs is different, the person's body gets habituated and adapted accordingly. But as you are a student, always better to study in daytime or may be till late hours and sleep at night as natural light is more beneficial than studying under an artificial one and to get sound sleep, it's only possible at night when there is pin drop silence!

Premature ejaculation I would like to suggest you a couple of exercises for PE 1. While you are urinating, stop the urine mid steam for 2 seconds. This should be done by contracting the muscles and NOT BY USING HANDS. After 2 seconds, you should let the urine pass for next 5 seconds and again stop it midstream. This sounds simple but requires practice. This needs to be done each time you go for urination. Initially you may stop the urine only ones but gradually the frequency of stoppage can be increased. 2. While working or sitting at workplace or at home, contract (tighten) the pelvic muscles for 5 seconds and then release it for 5 seconds. Now you would wonder where are these pelvic muscles are? If you are still confused about what are the pelvic muscles here is a clarification. Suppose you are standing in a queue outside a public toilet and you have go to pee in urgency and You have to wait for 5 min for your turn. You would stop your urine in some way by making some muscles around your penis tight. These muscles are the pelvic muscles. Do such repetitions for 5 times continuously, and you can also repeat such sets 5 times a day. Masturbation exercise Whenever you go for masturbation, stroke for some time and when you feel, you r about to ejaculate, stop and rest for 1-2 minutes and then again start stroking. Follow this for 3 times and then only discharge (ejaculate). Through this exercise your muscles which hold semen during sex will get stronger and a signal will be sent to brain that you have to last this much longer during sex.

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water, wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.
