Acne cannot be totally cured. It is because of hormones and dandruff. You should continue using facewash and anti dandruff shampoo prescribed to you. In case of acne start using the anti acne creams immediately.

I have a hair fall problem. Also I am suffering from white hair in lower age. Please suggest me Aayurvedic tips?
Our hair determines our overall appearance in a major way. Long, black and shiny hair is often looked upon with admiration. In fact, in the present scenario, we leave no stone unturned to rid ourselves of various hair problems which we tend to face every day. Whitening or greying of hair is one such common problem. High levels of stress: the modern life along with its comforts brings a lot of stress and tension, whether it is work related or personal. The ultimate outcome is the occurrence of white hair. Genetics: the age at which your hair starts turning white is also determined by your genetics to a great extent. Thus, if your parents or grandparents suffered from premature greying of hair, then you are most likely to suffer from the same problem improper diet: a balanced diet plays an important role in maintaining the health of your body which includes your hair as well. Lack of vitamin b12 is the most common cause of white hair. Thus, to combat this problem it is advisable to increase the consumption of food rich in vitamin b12 such as tuna, sardines, salmon, beef, egg, lamb, cheese and milk emotional shock: sometimes, white hair occurs during a patch of time when a person is undergoing an emotional shock or turmoil. This is a temporary phenomenon and the growth of white hair automatically ceases after sometime. White hair treatment walk barefoot: morning walk is great for our overall health and benefits our hair as well. Walking barefoot on wet grass early in the morning prevents the occurrence of white hair. Eat more iodine rich foods: food rich in iodine help in preventing grey hair. Fish has a high content of iodine. In addition to this, bananas and carrot also contain some iodine. You can replace the sea salt or kosher salt with iodized table salt to increase your iodine intake apply henna: henna or mehendi is an herb that has been used in india since ancient times and is an effective conditioner. Applying henna an hour before bath is effective in reversing white hair. Besides, it strengthens your hair and prevents greying, thinning and split ends.

I am a 20 year old Boy. I used to. Masturbate every day. Does it cause acne on face?

I am a 20 year old Boy. I used to. Masturbate every day. Does it cause acne on face?
There is no proven fact regarding this statment that DOES FREQUENT MASTURBATION TRIGGERS ACNE IN MALES but I come across ssuch questions frequently whether it is internet or in Physical. The common theory is that when you become aroused the surge of testosterone triggers Male androgens which are responsible for end reactions in the acne formation cycle. This theory makes sense to me considering I have also heard that in some males, heavy weight lifting workouts that increase testosterone production also can trigger acne. However, another theory that I find interesting is that it’s not the hormone surge, but the nutrients lost when you ejaculate. Apparently semen contains Vitamins B6, B12, and E; Calcium; Magnesium; Selenium; and Zinc. Zinc in particular is a mineral that is really important to healthy skin and its deficiency has a strong link to acne. So I can see how this theory would make sense, especially because I have heard that, in general (not acne related), that many men find that they have more overall energy when they hold back. On the other hand , it also doesn’t make sense to me, because your body is always using these nutrients to create the sperm and semen inside your body whether you masturbate or not. Although may be production goes into overdrive afterwards in order to catch up, and if you are masturbating every day or multiple times a day, then you really are draining yourself of life force and vital nutrients. In short, I don’t know the truth and since there are no studies confirming anything, we only have speculation. So at the end I can only advice you and all those teenagers out there reading my suggestions that you yourself try experimenting with cutting yourself off for a while to see what happens as there is no proven fact regarding any relation between masturbation and Acne.

Can me tell stretch marks completely remove without any other big treatment. Possible home made tips to remove stretch marks. I have stretch marks in my pergency. And my baby is 6 months. So possible remove stretch marks. Some one tell me that no remove completely stretch marks in body. Only remove treatment.

MD - Dermatology
Dermatologist, Pathanamthitta
Stretch marks are due to loss of elastic fibres in skin. These fibres ensure when the skin is stretched it comes back to its normal state. In obesity, pregnancy cushings disease, these marks are formed when the fibres break and they can no longer resume their action. Natural remedies won't reverse this problem. But medications and procedures vil help. You can still use a mixture of olive oil and cocoa or shea butter to lighten it.

I am losing hair. I am worried a lot that I get bald head soon. I never apply oil.

Ingredients: aloe vera plant, shampoo take the piece of aloe vera plant and put it in boiling water. Make sure to moniter it closely. You don't want to leave it there too long. About 2-3 min will do. Cut the aloe vera plant and get the gel part out. Put it in a blender and blend until its liquid. It will get foamy, but don't worry about that. Take a bottle of your favorite shampoo, I try to keep it simple though. Divide the shampoo into two bottles. Divide the aloe vera into the two bottles so each bottle has half shampoo and half aloe vera gel. Shake well and use every day. It is an amazing product. I hope you all have the same results I strongly advise that if you are going to use bottled aloe vera gel please please buy the 100% natural one. It needs to be clear. Not green or any other color. Buy the most natural one you can find.

If you suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the pitta dosha (heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) have milk & ghee twice daily 3) green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area. 4) apply a teaspoon of honey to affected areas, or make a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it on for 30 minutes.

Lubricate your hair. Using a moisturizer greatly reduces the chances of split ends and promotes hair growth by diminishing breakage. However, to avoid overtly oily hair, use only a little moisturizer or try lubricating your hair a couple of hours before hair wash. Moisturized hair will attract dust if you go out.

How to reduce hair fall. Give me details about diet to reduce fall. Is hot water good for taking head bath?
Homoeopathic treatment HAIR GROWTH OIL (Wilmar Schwabe India) Apply twice weekly at night. Leave overnight A. C. 9 (BAKSON) Chew 1 tab twice daily R-89 (Dr Reckeweg) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily. R-89 (Dr Reckeweg) Massage in hair roots 20-30 drops daily 0r alternate days one hour before bath.(In females one hour before bath) Like any other part of the body or component of health, hair needs a variety of nutrients to grow and be healthy, Here, the nutrients you need for a full head of hair—and the foods that pack them: Omega-3 Fatty Acids Good for more than your brain, omega-3 fatty acids nourish your whole body. The essential nutrient reaches both the hair shaft and the cell membranes in your scalp, nourishing the follicles and promoting healthy hair growth, Plus, they add elasticity to your hair, preventing it from breaking off and ending up in your shower drain. But get this—the body can't produce omega 3-fatty acids on its own; whatever you eat is what your body gets. So dig in! The foods to eat: Flaxseeds, walnuts, salmon, tuna, kale, Brussels sprouts, rapeseed oil. Zinc Boosting tissue growth and repair, zinc helps keep your scalp and hair stay healthy. It also regulates hormones (testosterone included) in the body and helps maintain production of oil-secreting glands on the scalp that help your hair grow. There's no need to go overboard, though. High levels of testosterone are actually linked to hair loss, 11 mg a day is all you need. While it's not proven your body will go on a T rampage if you consume too much zinc, there's no need to tempt hair follicle fate. The foods to eat: Chickpeas, wheat germ, oysters, beef, veal liver, roast beef. Protein Your hair is pretty much pure protein. So if you don't eat enough for both your muscles and hair, you'll have bulging biceps—but a bald head. And even if you do hang onto your hair, eating too little protein can turn it gray. Eat a diet rich in high-quality, naturally occurring protein. Wait, you're a veg or a vegan? No worries. As any good meatless eater knows, protein abounds in more than just animal sources. The foods to eat: Greek yogurt, egg yolks, kale, peanuts, beans, peas, lentils, tofu, chicken, turkey. Iron When it comes to healthy circulation, eating enough iron is clutch. Iron helps deliver blood to the body's cells. Neglect the nutrient and your blood can't carry enough oxygen to your scalp for good hair growth. Many doctors have seen a correlation between treatment for iron-deficient anemia and an increase in hair growth. The foods to eat: Dark leafy greens, whole grains, beans, red meat, turkey, egg yolks, clams, mussels, oysters. Vitamins A and C Both vitamins contribute to the production of sebum, the oily substance that your hair follicles spit out. Nature's hair conditioner, it keeps your hair from breaking off. Plus, vitamin C increases the amount of blood-boosting iron that your body can put to use. While some vitamin A is good for your scalp, more than 15, 000 IU a day can actually spur hair loss The recommended daily allowance of the vitamin for men is 5, 000 IU a day. The foods to eat: Swiss chard, spinach, broccoli, sweet potatoes, pumpkin. Magnesium Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body and is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions—hair growth included. Magnesium deficiencies have been linked to hair loss in both men and women. The foods to eat: Almonds, spinach, cashews, lentils, brown rice, halibut. Selenium A trace element that helps the body make selenoproteins, which regulate reproduction, metabolism, DNA synthesis, and immunity, selenium also stimulates hair follicles to encourage new growth. Scrimp on selenium and your body will churn out way too much selenoproteins, leading to hair follicle abnormalities, reduced growth, and hair loss.-----------------------------------------------------Washing hairs with hot water makes hairs rough and lustureless.

Hi I am 28 year old and I have a difference in both breast size. What can I do. If any natural treatment for that please tell me.

Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon, Mumbai
Hello, Asymmetric breasts are natural. Surgical correction is recommended only if the asymmetry is significant and noticeable. If the asymmetry is mild to moderate and breasts are firm - liposuction of d larger breast should solve your problem with an extremely small scar. Other options are - breast implant, breast reduction etc. I would recommend that you meet a cosmetic surgeon for specific discussion. Dr Varun Dixit

Deep condition every alternate week. Use a deep conditioner that contains protein at least twice a month to strengthen hair. Hot oil treatment with olive oil to intensely moisten the hair follicles is also very effective to stop hair fall.
