Hi Faritha There could be many reason of weight gain. You are gaining weight due to hormone and metabolic imbalance in body. Hormonal imbalance can be treated with right food and supplement exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken.Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. Sample Diet Plan Breakfast - Russian salad with boiled eggs and fish Lunch – green vegetable +salad +curd. Dinner - Paneer tikka with green chutney. snacks - Dry fruits and Nuts with green tea. Have you suffered any injury in that area in past, are you able to move your arm, may be its frozen shoulder if you are suffering from long time. Take ferrum metallicum30, 5drops three times a day, for a week rhus tox 30, 5 drops twice daily. Revert back with feedback after a week.

Hello. My mother is 60 years old and she is having pain in her knees from past few days. We consulted the doctor and he suggested a sachet medicine named 'ezycart sachet . It has non vegetarian constituents as it has Red mark over the packet. Salt name is "Collagen Peptides" Can you please suggest me an alternative medicine / sachet with the same salt which is vegetarian . Also she is diabetic so please suggest something sugar free. (Like ezycart is sugar free)

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

In diabetes frozen shoulder as well as erectile dysfunction occur as a complication of the disease. First thing is you have to achieve a stricter control of blood sugar to prevent complications. For frozen shoulder please consult a physiotherapist and follow the instructions. For erectile dysfunction if you not yet taken tab viagra please try 50 mg about 1 h before intended contact. It should help.

Once the plaster is out, the orthopedic allows partial or full wt bearing on the affected limb depending upon th severity of the fracture and the type of surgery done. Also stretching and strengthening exercises are to be started as soon as possible. Kindly start physiotherapy at the earliest to avoid weakness and wasting.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Dear user. The shoulder pain could be due to strain of shoulder muscles. You can always use hot or cold compresses to ease the pain. Change your hand position while throwing the ball. If you have a physiotherapist you should consult him. Take care.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Normal level of blood uric acid is 2.4-6 mg/dl in male and in female and 3.4-7 mg/dl. High uric acid can cause gout, arthritis, kidney stone 1. Avoid protein rich diets like mutton, egg, fish, sea food (sardines)/prawn 2. Avoid pulses, lentill, mushrooms, green leafy vegetablles like broccoli, cauli flower, cabbage, spinach, beans, peas 3. Take fruits like apple, banana, orange, black cherry, lime etc 4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass) daily 5. Avoid alcohol and caffeinated drinks, excess sweets cakes/cookies 6. Reduce weight if overweight 7. Take medicine after consulting physician.
