Earlier I got nightfall 10 times at least in a month this cause myself so weak by health and I am so slim but not fit. Please help me.

DGO, MBBS
Sexologist, Kolkata
Night fall is common and normal. Whenever the balloon containing semen is full, semen needs to come out by act of sex, masturbation or nightfall. It is not a disease, and does not cause physical problems and needs no treatment. Also do not give any importance to advertisement that mention that night -fall causes health problems or destroys life. Eat potato, rice, egg, banana and do exercise, your weakness is not due to nightfall.

The side of my toe (where the toenail meats the flesh) hurts alot. Do I have an ingrown townail? What do I do?

MBBS

You are right. It needs a minor operation. Under local anaesthesia. Consult a surgeon. He will do the job. Do not wear very tight shoes. Cut your nails straight across. To prevent recurrences.

Hi, My wife is suffering from cough and breathing problems. Had been admitted to hospital last year because of excessive reduction of oxygen in body. She is taking glimisave m2/prolomet am25/ivabrad 5. In addition to this she is taking homeopathic R57/bc2. Kindly advice for further improvement. She still has problem in walking and her oxygen levels fluctuate.

Dear Lybrateuser, as evident from your history you are a patient of Diabetes & Cardiac disease. My advice would be to consult a Pulmonologist IN PERSON and get your PFT Test done. Hopefully your chest related issues will be solved. Wishing you good health.

Breast pain could be due to multiple causes including cyclical mastalgia, trauma, abscess, cyst, fibrocystic disease or rarely cancer. Better to see a breast surgeon and get a mammography or ultrasound as per his opinion. Nose bleed cannot be explained by breast pain. Need to see an ENT surgeon for same. Costochondritis sometimes mimicked Breast pain, leading to painful catch on deep breathing. But examination is essential to ascertain the cause of same.
