Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

U need to start exercise to overcome your condition so dat you can sleep better. Small roll of napkin underneath your neck ll do good.

I have flat foot?. Two yrs back I meet an accident and got problem in leg. That time doctors said don't walk n stand for some time that's safe you from operation. I am just 25 not yet married took. What I do now.

I hope your foot injury must be healed by now. And if it is your flat feet that is hurting you, then you can do some foot, plantar fascia, gastrocnemius and soleus stretching. Also there are some exercises.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

I am 61 years old I am suffering from pain in right wrist at the bottom of thumb pain occurs only at particular movement of thumb since last two months I have taken pain killers Made hot air shake also took. UV Rays but still I am not totally all right.

Do take tens therapy for pain relief 12 days followed by strengthening exercise along with laser therapy for pain followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist best wishes.

Hii, I am 23 year old. I have backbone problem recently 1 years. I have get MRI test report and also get treatment last six month. I have also take rest last 4 month and wear belt. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hi sir what is musculature? What medicine is gaining to improve fractured tissue? And weak musculature. Please advise. What is proper treatments as per you. After operation my Dr. advise that no need of any medicine only take fresh food fresh fruit. And vitamins foods.

Hi there. Fractured tissue is self healed in the body. A diet rich in calcium and other vitamins and minerals is essential to aid this recovery process. However, a supplement of calcium and vitamin D3 can be taken to fasten recovery. A protein rich diet is essential for development of musculature. You need to exercise under proper guidance of a Physiotherapist for regaining strength.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hello, Thanks for the query. Sometimes high blood pressure if not well controlled may cause swelling of face and legs. Plus some of the drugs used in treating high BP can also lead to lower limb swelling. Plus involvement of kidneys can also cause such an effect. So it is difficult to pin point the reason, without getting all the relevant details like BP readings, drugs being used, dosage, kidney function report and also thyroid function test. Thanks.
