Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

I am 26year old girl. I am from a small town, completed my m.sc biotech 2013 from hostel. But after it my parents called me back to house and they are very conservative vch im not. Till then I have planned many things to do but I can not as no 9ne supported me. Ds is the stage wen im hopeless demotivated and always curing and weeping. As there is no tym to recover anything. I lost all my frnds as I was in my own sad world of no hopes. During my b.sc and m.sc I was admitted to a colg where I lack frnds. There vre no true ftnds. But school days frnds are there but busy vd their lives. I use to follow social networking and feel more sad that I can not do any masti. I lack my social life. I just wanted to kill myself. My parents do not support me morally. Mba I want to do after my b.sc but 8 can not becoz no one supported me. My parents feel that aftr mba I wud be independent and having loads of frnds including boys and all. Im planning for mba from last 3 years but now the stage has come where im unable to take any decision. The only thing I know is I can not do anything. Up msc they supported to you. But now they feel up to that it is enough. They have no confidence on you. Because of your friend circle and social net work activities. They have no confidence on you. For that reason they are not permit to you for mba. You have lack of communication with your parents. You are given much priority to friends and social net works up to that. You are not develop good faith from parents. So they do not believe you. They think that if it is loose now you may be spoiled. They have their own set of thoughts. You are not doing any mistakes up to. But you are not develop positive thoughts on you. So in this stage. Leave it what is happend. Now better to communicate with parents. Better to convince them. I am a 53 yr old male, I was diagnosed for hypertension in 2000. Since then I was on amtas at-25, when at kolkata in 2008 perindropil 8mg was added and subsequently now at kanpur my medicine was changed to amtas at-25 (od), s-amlopidine (bd), ecosprine 75mg (od). Now have swelling in my ankles and my left leg from the calf to toes swells up during the day. When I keep my feet up the swelling reduces.

There are actually many causes of swelling in you lower limbs, it can simply be postural in nature wherein swelling decreases when you elevate your legs. But since you are a chronic hypertensive I will advise you to get yourself evaluated by a cardiologist since the swelling could be due to a cardiac cause as well. Hi, honey does have medicinal properties, however its composition is just sugar. It is not recommended for diabetes since it can spike your blood sugar levels instantly. Neither is there any scientific proof that it can reduce weight. Because weight reduction happens when body fat is burnt through exercise and activity. It is better you take fruits like apple, papaya etc which are more helpful. Exercise daily for 30-60 mins. That will help you with weight loss.

Please do treadmill for at least 30-45 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake to ONLY and ONLY 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Both cheese and butter taste great, but when it comes to making them a part of your daily diet, you must keep their nutritional content in mind. Check how they rate nutritionally.

1. Calorie content

Butter is much higher in calorie content than cheese. While 100 grams of cheese have 349 calories, the same amount of butter comprises 717 calories. Moreover, 306 of the calories present in cheese are in the form of fat, while 713 calories come from fat in butter.

2. Fat content

Cheese and butter are both made from milk, but their fat content differs due to their different methods of preparation. 100 grams cheese contains 32 grams of fat, with 18 grams of saturated fats and 1.1 grams of trans fats. On the other hand, the fat content of butter is 81 grams per 100 grams butter, with 51 grams of saturated fats, and 3.3 grams of trans fats. This is the reason why butter is mostly avoided by people who aim at maintaining optimum weight.

3. Vitamin and protein content

There is only 0.8 gram of protein in butter, in comparison to 18 grams in the same quantity of cheese.

However, both cheese and butter are rich in Vitamin A and choline, containing about 945 IUs and 2499 IUs vitamin A per 100 grams respectively. Vitamin A is known for improving your vision, boosting immunity and promoting cell growth. Also, Vitamins E and K, and folate are present in small amounts in cheese and butter. They ensure good health of your red blood cells, help in blood coagulation and in maintaining bone metabolism (the process of forming new bone tissues). Additionally, cheese also contains vitamin B6, B12 and betaine.

4. Mineral content

Ample amount of minerals like calcium, phosphorus and potassium are present in both cheese and butter, which help in strengthening your muscles, minimising the chances of osteoporosis, maintaining acid-base balance in your body and diminishing the chances of heart diseases. Moreover, cheese also contains iron, selenium and zinc in smaller amounts, whereas butter has traces of fluoride, zinc, selenium and magnesium, which enhance your immunity and promote fertility among both men and women.

5. Energy giving capacity

Butter being rich in fat can boost up your energy level instantly. While cheese also provides your body with energy, it does not have an instant action like butter.
