Hi Backpain occurs mostly due to incorrect posture or due to any injury or fall. For this take Rhustox 1M 4pills to be sucked twice a day. Arnica 30 4pills to be sucked twice a day

It need correction by either surgery and or she needs to wear the special ortho-belt designed for such patient. She need not to stand for long at a stretch. Also her food should be such which does not increases her body weight. Do hot and cold compresses alternately Take Mag Phos 6x - 4 tabs thrice daily with warm water as a initial treatment strategy Continue treatment.

Hi I think may b is due to heavy workouts in gym. Take rest and do the stretching exercises it will decrease the pain. If you have any doubts revert me back.

I had blood with stool 6months before. Doctor said it is fissure and gave me medicine incl stool softener and ointment. Now blood has stopped when I am using stool softener but again it is coming when I am stopping stool softener. Also I feel burning sensation during stool passing. Sometimes fe extremely itching in anus. Pl note I have changed my diet to vegetarian and stopped taking oily and spicy foods. Also I am facing lower back pain since fissure came. Is there anything critical or what step should I take.

Sometimes stopping medication can lead to relapse. I strongly suggest you to start using more fiber in diet. Currently add isabgol 2tsf at bedtime with luke warm milk. And use local ointments before passing stool so that you do not have to hold back because of the pain. Use sitz bath twice daily. Add salads and fruits like apple to your daily diet. You may consult, if required.

hello . u do some precautions as u can't sit on floor,use Western toilet, For pain relief u take hot water Fermentation on both knee for 15 minutes. Now u do exercises. 1. Bend ur knee with heel slide as possible without pain then hold for second then straight it. do 10 times with both knee. 2 . Take a towel roll and place under knee and press it downward hold for 5 second and relax it. do 10 time with both knee.

I am 32 years old and feeling knee pain. I don' t think it is due over use because I do not play any hard sports which include running and all. I am not over weight as per my bmi and is within the range. I feel the pain when I use staircase but normal walk I do not have pain and after some one or two hour walk I feel some burning sensation for sometime which slowly reduces. I suspect it could be calcium and vitmain d deficiency please let me know what I can do.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. It is a common symptom amongst young age people and understanding is slightly complex. We commonly label it as chondromalacia - which means softening of the cartilage of knee cap undersurface. I would advise you to - do intensive ice packs for 3-4 times in a day - anti inflammatory medications which suits you - physical therapy - this is the mainstay of treatment. You need someone who understand the condition and can do strengthening of quadriceps and stretching of other muscle groups. - continue with calcium and vitamin d supplementation. Get some blood tests and send reports across to me: esr, crp, serum potassium, serum vitamin d and serum uric acid levels. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

it could be due to excess physical exertion. take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg sos after food, drink plenty of water, take rest. Check your hemoglobin. take one tablet of Neurobion Forte daily

Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Hi, tk, homoeo medicine: @ rhus tox200-6-6 pills, thrice a day. @ arnica mont200-6-pills, thrice a day. Ensure sound sleep in d night for 7 hrs, at least. Avoid junk food, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, tk care.

Do regular yoga and exercise to strngthen your back muscles. Always maintain your posture. Sit erect. Do not sit for longer duuration at one place. Walking for 5 minutes, stretching a little every hour or two will help you a great deal. Avoid heavy weight lifting. You can also take calcium supplements for 3 months. Use ortho friendly mattress to sleep. Youe uncomfortable mattress may be causing pain to you so check that first.

I am 63 year old female I have pain in my thigh right side and unable to stand for long time. I have no sugar or bp.

It can be related to your back pain. If you had problem of low back ache in past. Second option is use hot and cold fermentation on your right side of thigh. 1 min each fermentation and do 5 reps. (pain can be due to muscle weakness).

1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension

Foot exercises. Do the following exercises barefoot: •1. First write digits 1 to 10 using your toes raised up in the air. •2. Sit on a chair, raise your toes and curl them •3. Pick up a small piece of cloth off the floor using your toes. •4. Still in a sitting position, point your toes and circle your ankles in a slow counter and clockwise motion. •5. Stand up from the sitting position and go on tip toe for 5 seconds.

Hello, Lybrate user, Apart from deficiency of Vit'D' you are obeased, So,greater factor for leg pain is obesity ,hence, try to reduce your obesity ,first, please. Obaesity ,being common ,now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking ,meal, judiciously. * Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * Tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation.
