Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem is due to anxiety & worry about normal activities - relax your mind by exercising regularly, go for a walk, jogging, swimming, join a gym which will give you more confidence & willpower to face any situation in daily life, also do meditation & yoga which relax the mind & body - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed - plan for a task in advance before you face it - interact with friends & family who can help you decide things & remove your fear or tension - have a well balanced diet to keep your mind & body fit - you can consult a psychiatrist.

Hi, You can connect with us via a private chat for personalized diet .In general, To loose weight, you should eat smaller meals every 2-3 hours. Have 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals ,in a day with healthy and high calorie foods. Include nuts, seeds,and fruits in your diet.

You need to gain weight & enhance your immunity. 1. Drink 3 litres water daily 2. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals containing foods high in nutrient & calorie density but low in volume. Ex: Paneer paratha, mango milkshake, banana kheer, dates-almond ladoo, til chikki, badam chikki, cheese omlette, bread with jam/peanut butter, thicker rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, soyabean cutlets, chicken roll, fatty fish fingers, malt, premix, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, cream of mushroom soup, fresh fruit juice, sugarcane juice. 3 Have lots of fruits & vegetables in form of juice, puree, chutney, incorporated within dishes. 4. Take 15 mins light walk before meals to increase appetite 5. Have a positive attitude towards life 6. Fight stress with meditation & deep breathing 7. Enjoy meals in a distraction free environment

Don't worry it's normal, even stress can be a factor, try to get out of your stress, do regular exercise, do some yoga, this will help.

Replace smoking with higher taste like" transcendental meditation. When you get higher taste, the lower taste of intoxicants like nicotine would no longer be able to distract you.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4. Avoid stress and anxiety
