Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Take pranacharya jukamonil syrup 1-1 tsf twice a day with warm water. And laxmi vilas ras 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

I am suffering from vitiligo since past 4 years. Spots are mostly on covered areas, few of them are on elbow also. As it has started coming on open skin I am getting a little worried. I am taking homeopathy medicines since past 2.5 years and getting treated by a doctor also in Mumbai since last 1 year. I am stil getting new marks though the frequency is low and marks are also of light colour. Wanted to understand if this is at all curable and what is the reason of getting this disorder. In my family my maternal uncle had vitiligo but other than him no one ever had this. This is really depressing and making me lose my confidence. vitiligo is a genetic disorder trigger by indigestion and stressful conditions. Homeopathic is safe but very slow and in most of cases it can not stop the spread of disease i.e old patches shows some recovery but new white patches continue to come even when we are using Homeopathy. If one think about using Ayurveda there is no good vaidya who is expertise in vitiligo. Hi. If he was on mother's milk so far, gradually start his weaning, means, start introducing the top food slowly. First, give him liquid like 'dal ka paani', 'chawal ka paani'/ milk powder (Lactogen),1-2 times a day. after 20-30 days, add semi-solid food like 'mashed boiled rice'/ 'mashed cooked dal'/ 'mashed banana'/ 'sooji ka hawla' (in more liquid form)/ mashed 'idly' 1-2 meals per day only.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. If your kid is only speaking bisyllables at this age then your kid requires a full assessment including his birth details, development assessment and neurological examination. Child also requires a hearing evaluation. At this age kids usualy make 2 or 3 word sentences and know 200 words with meaning. Plan a visit to a pediatrician or a pediatric neurologist if available.

I have certain allergy issue. My skin suddenly start swelling like caused due to honeybee stung. Some time it become severe (too much itching and rashes) but suddenly after 30 minute all become normal. Ithappensin 3 or 4 days. Only few times I have to take anti allergy tablet likecetrizine, otherwise it goes away itself. I think this is some kind of food allergy but Ihaven'table to find particular food responsible for it because I almost eat same things everyday. Roti dahi lassi sbji and all. Please suggest me the reason and cure.
